Shelby Buschmann A really fine doctor who listens to his patients. I’ve been seeing him for years, and his staff is also top notch. It’s never fun to go to the doctor, but those people make it as pleasant as possible. Kudos.

Marisa Cardoza Such a pleasant experience becoming a new l patient at Dr. Murdock’s office. The staff was so helpful from the first phone call to checking in and out at the desk. Dr. Murdock showed genuine care with excellent bedside manner. He took his time asking me questions bout my symptoms and coming up with his diagnosis and treatment plan. His nurse was so sweet and gentle with the injection she had to give me making it hurt way less than all the shots I had in my lifetime lol! I will definitely visit again and refer my loved ones here.

Nicole Boehler All the nurses staff and patient techs that I encounter were great. Food wasn’t as good as it used to be to be, it was bland. My room wasn’t clean when I was moved to it and one person came in to “clean” all that was done was trash changed. I had a good view at least.

Jerry Howell From the check in to the discharge this place was great. The staff, nurses and doctors were all friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything was clean and orderly and operated smoothly. I was nervous about my procedure but everyone reassured me that everything was going well. My check in nurse Taylor and my recovery nurse Aeriole were awesome. Overall my experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hospital.

ccierrarachell Don’t come here unless you’re looking for a weight loss clinic. Truly thought i found a nice doctor to help me find care for a preexisting condition that is making everyday life hard. I expressed this and that I’m inly 26 with 2 babies under 1 year old. I really need to find the care so i can be there for my babies and work. Im not over weight. Im not complaining of weight. I came in regarding a broken back. And yall have done nothing but bother me with ozempic. An epidemic of weight-loss that i didn’t even inquire about. That is completely insane for y’all to push it as much as this office is. I wish i could just review the dr because she was AMAZING but this office has made me feel insanely uncomfortable. How disrespectful to the dr reputation to be turning the dr office into a weight loss clinic. Years of schooling wasted due to the front office having no sense of bedside manner.

Frank N 2/27/25: BEWARE! Staff provided inaccurate information on more than one occasion! One staff member wanted to set me up with a procedure without any type of consultation. When that doctors schedule wouldnt align with mine, I was assigned to Dr. Gayle, who required a consult prior to the procedure. The consult with the nurse went fine, and the procedure was scheduled for December 2024. They had a Tricare authorization for office visits, but neglected to advise Tricare that a procedure would be needed. This resulted in me being charged for the procedure by BSW Dallas, as it was treated as a Point Of Service (POS) claim, versus an authorized procedure. I was not advised that I would be billed for the procedure. I received a bill for the procedure, paid it to avoid any credit issues, and contacted Tricare to question the charges, since my catastrophic cap had been met in August 2024. Tricare confirmed that a request for authorization for the procedure wasnt submitted, and the only thing authorized had been office visits. I reached out to the office manager, Christine Loya, and she was zero help. She basically passed the buck, and that I was on my own. I had no follow-up from Dr. Gayle, and have yet to receive a diagnosis or treatment plan. I would NEVER recommend this organization to anyone!

Bert They were able to get me on a trial for Ulcerative Colitis for two years. The trial medicine was free and I am fully healed. The study paid for office visits.

Lexis Trejo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the doctors are incredible! They take the time to listen to our concerns and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s evident that they truly care about each childs well-being. My child feels comfortable and safe during visits, which makes all the difference when it comes to pediatric care. The clinic is always clean, and we have never had to wait long for our appointments, which is a huge plus! Additionally, I appreciate how thorough the staff is with follow-ups and answering any questions we may have after our visits. Overall, our experience here has been nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for a compassionate and professional pediatric clinic, look no further!

Grace Miranda I cant recommend this clinic highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The waiting area was clean and inviting. Dr. Diaz was amazing—patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Its clear they genuinely care about their patients well-being. The nurses were equally wonderful, handling vaccinations and routine checks with a gentle and professional touch. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and wait times are minimal. I also appreciate the clinics attention to cleanliness and safety, which gives me extra peace of mind. Its such a relief to have a place we trust for our child’s care. We’ve found our go-to pediatric clinic, and I highly recommend it to any parent!

Lillian Sadowski Do not set up payment plans! If you pay it off early they will keep charging you the payment plan amount. I took care of my account in January and got charged in February, they "said" they canceled the payment plan because I had paid everything but then surprise I got charged in March and was spoken to very rudely when I was understandably frustrated with the theft.

Gina Martinez The staff was great from check in, preop, anesthesia, postop. Very nice and genuine people. My issue is I paid the full balance at preop with a care credit card. Thought i was prepared and planned out my bills to be prepared for. Then, a few weeks after surgery I get a bill for $996. That is a huge surprise. Whomever is checking benefits is way off and needs training or something. You call insurance with the procedure code and get the exact cost they will pay and what i should owe. It should never be that far off. So be careful. Now Im trying to figure out how to pay this balance on top of my $300 /month to Care credit. So be careful with the billing

In house lab is very helpful. Very busy place, love Dr McMillin, and my husband sees Dr Clark who is great! After hours, weekend clinic, and online visits are a very helpful option.

Jeff Hill Since the doctors offices attached to the building arent available on Google maps, Im assuming the doctors offices (BSW) are part of the urgent care facility. While the doctors we see there are great, the access for someone with a wheel chair is abysmal. There has never been an open handicap parking space, ever. There is not a single point in any waiting area for wheel chair, and the exam rooms are frequently filled with extra chairs for no apparent reason. Add to that the extremely long walk between various areas (front desk, waiting for Dr, labs, imaging), its not a pleasant experience.

Cindy Stock I came in thinking I had an upper respiratory virus which was actually an asthma attack that I was fighting for 3 days. After correct diagnosis I was able to get control of my breathing and coughing. I had a female Doctor that was fantastic, I wish I could remember her name. I was helped quickly and made to feel comfortable being there. I am so thankful because I had a decreasing oxygen level. Thank you for the wonderful care! I would refer people to this office !!

Nichelle M The financial counselor Susan is unprofessional and rude. She had a frown on her face the entire time from when I greeted her. I had to turn in some paperwork. I’ve submitted said documents several times. She told me “my husband needs to get a job or workman’s comp or something, was told she wasn’t gonna take my word, that she needs documents that I already submitted again then told me sit in the waiting room because “she has other patients”. My UI benefits ran out months ago but she insisted that I was lying. In my thirty plus years of working in healthcare I’ve come across some pretty nasty individuals but Susan O will test your spirit. When you’re already sick and scared, you should not have to add to your stress. It’s funny my visit disappeared in my chart. Good thing I screenshot it.

Carmello Moreno I have been coming to this location for about 8 years, it used to be easy to schedule online visits and everything. Lately, I have had a very poor experience, due to the clinic cancelling appointments after you schedule online. When you call or when you visit they have marketing all over encouraging you to schedule online, well I did and for the last two years they would cancel appointments and ask you to call in; what exactly is the purpose if they will do that. Today when I called and I mentioned to the person; they said, that’s something you need to talk to Dr Parker about, while I can do that, I don’t know why they can just take him off from the roster and not showing under appointments available. It defeats the purpose and isn’t helpful specially when you take off work ahead of time.

Jennifer Griffin Most of this review is in regards to Texas Health as a company, the ONLY reason it has 2 stars is because I love the doctor. Ive been seeing Dr Redmon for a few years and she is amazing, if she ever leaves Texas Health Family Group I would love to see her again. This is going to be a long review so in short: front desk people arent properly trained and informed, they refused to prescribe me necessary maintenance medications, and they refused to make me an appointment when I was extremely sick because they only see sick patients during a 45 minute window in the afternoon. Details are below. First, most of the front desk people have no idea what theyre talking about. Do you know how many times Ive called to make a nurse appointment for birth control and theyve told me I need to have a physical first when the doctor and the nurse have both told me I dont? Second, I was refused a refill on maintenance medication because they require a "med check" every 6 months, and because it was a maintenance medication, my insurance wouldnt cover anything less than a 90 day supply. I had been waiting for my birth control to be refilled so I could make an appointment and get everything done at once, I dont have transportation so I cant keep going back and forth and I explained that to them. I understand med checks if I was on any new medications, but for maintenance medications that Ive been on for several years? And the med check is literally them confirming the medications Im on, making sure I still feel fine and thats it! I cant do that over the phone? Seriously? The biggest problem though, on November 1st I felt myself getting sick with what I thought was a cold, I typically try to take care of those myself but after a month of being sick I couldnt take it, I made a telehealth appt through my insurance (different doctor), first was told it was a URI and Sinus infection and was given antibiotics, after they were finished it wasnt gone so I did another telehealth appointment, was told it was walking pneumonia and was given a stronger antibiotic. After that course was over I was still sick so I figured I wanted to go to MY doctor and see what was happening. Upon calling I was told they only see sick patients between 3:30 and 4:15 in the afternoon, which is the time I have to pick my daughter up from school and have nobody else to do so for me. They would NOT make me any other appointment. I sent an email to my doctor hoping an exception could be make considering at this point I had been sick for about 6 weeks. When you do online check ins, they give you an option to wait in your car until the doctor is ready for you so I hoped they would be able to do that to keep me separated from the "healthy" patients. The nurse responded to me and told me it I couldnt come in during that 45 minute window, I would have to go to urgent care. My copay for urgent care is more than double my standard copay, which I understand isnt on them, but the fact a doctors office was refusing the help a sick patient because my availability didnt allow for a 45 minute window through the day. What kind of doctors office ONLY sees SICK patients for 45 minutes out of the day? And during winter? I get separating time for sick and healthy patients but only allowing 45 minutes for any sick people to be seen is beyond ridiculous, not everyone has completely open availability and 45 minutes is such a short window of time. So while the doctor is amazing, Texas Health groups policies are absolutely insane and you cant rely on them to help you when youre in need.

She is very respectful and friendly to me she has a great personality also she is really good with kids. They only take walk in so some times it takes some time for them to call you , but we been lucky and for us it hasnt take that long but I prefer to wait for a good doctor the just doing a fast consult, in my opinion. All the nurses had been very nice to us. Thank you Ridgewood Medical Clinic.

Aixa Duran Awful!!! The last time that I was there I decided to find other Primary care because the staff always is rude, With exception of Dr. Ramon Garcia (He is very professional) . Today I decided to give them another opportunity, but not more, the doctor Edgar Lescure treated me terrible. He just came to the door to tell me the test results, he never check my lungs, and treated me like he was avoiding a “walking dead.” If he is a doctor why he is terrify???? BTW He was wearing a mask.

Ms Rainlady Ive been seeing Dr Ramon Garcia for almost 10 years. He is very intuitive, smart, caring, and asks questions and talks to you. He is now the medical director. The office staff has been rude and uncaring in the past. I think they are trying to change that. Now they send review request after each visit. The wait time is utterly ridiculous. I do not like the fact you have to wait & wait. Today my appt was 845am. Its now 10am and Im in the room JUST WAITING!!! I like Dr Garcia, he takes very good care of me. His staff should match his professionalism .

maelbi calderon Amazing team of educated nurses and doctors with plenty of experience and personality. Labor and delivery team was a unit that worked seamlessly as a team. I always felt properly cared for and respected, especially in my wants and needs. Bonus points for the delivery classes ahead of birth to get a heads up as to what to expect especially if you’re a first time mom. Only downside of my experience was the lack of a lactation consultant as it could’ve helped immensely. The nurses were helpful in explaining the breastfeeding process but I would’ve preferred a specialist. Overall I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone, it was clean and as comfortable as it could’ve been for a hospital stay.

Awakeafjordin Rude staff. Wouldn’t perform a drug test because I had to use the restroom beforehand. I told them I had to go and they still had me waiting 25 min. Since they were chatting for a while I figured it would be a longer wait. I went and when I stepped out they told me I wasn’t able to take my test since I stepped into the restroom. Not even five minutes after that they had their lunch break and all stepped into the back to eat. Basically they didn’t want to attend me since it was lunch time.

cary scheurer I found everyone at the facility incredibly helpful, Paris, especially in discharge and planning for aftercare. Everyone was professional, the facility was clean, and everyone was so kind to the guests that came in. My only complaint would be with the therapist that my son had and that might have just been a relationship that didn’t work right. My son did have cuts all the way up his arms When he came home that he said came from there. I did report it to the nurse so they could make sure no one else would get hurt but, again overall a very professional experience.

Grace Jones My child had went to this hospital back in July and it was a very awful experience. The staff was very rude to my child while she was there and me as well when I had asked at some points on how my child was doing or if I could talk to her. She had told me that there was only 2 staff members during the daytime that were actually wanting to help my child. Also there was an issue where my child had gotten uncomfortable around the night staff. She had said that she had a shirt that was showing a small bit of her stomach and the grown man told her to cover up and gave her a scrub top. Keep in mind, the scrubs that are there rip very easily too almost like paper honestly. Another time there was an issue where there was a girl who threatened my daughter and was very rude to her. She was much bigger and my daughter was smaller. And another incident was when my daughter had another bad experience with a night staff was when he screamed at her because she was trying to find her roommate so they could go to sleep. And when she had a panic attack, he kept screaming and she even asked him to stop once and he didn’t until he was removed for that night and replaced with another night staff person. My daughter had ran into my arms crying at her discharge. I do not recommend this hospital because it is trash and it has inconsiderate workers who clearly only care about a paycheck.
