Tino J The ladies here always do an amazing job! They do take walk-ins as well and specialize in womens hair and mens hair. My whole family come here for all their haircut needs. Their services are anything from cuts to color and style, extensions, brows, etc. They all provide great customer service as well.

Kirsten Stanchfield I highly recommend Sandra! I am absolutely in love with my hair. When I walked in my hair was yellow and completely dead (I wish I had a before picture). Sandra made it super healthy and the color is evenly blended. It looks amazing. Needless to say I am beyond happy. I never thought I would go this short with my hair but I do not regret her recommendation to cut off what was dead! I also wanna add that their customer service is amazing. They were so kind and able to fit me in the same day!

Danielle Velasco Went in on a Monday evening around 5:30 they told me it would be an hour & that’s exactly what it was which was fine with me. So the guy the usually does LASHES gets started on me. I tell him I want a simple American French manicure. The whole time he’s working on my nails he’s struggling and the white is completely different from every fingernail. When I tell him I don’t want the white that fat he says okay and keeps curing the nail. When he goes to fix it bc I’ve pointed it out a million times now he drills a huge piece and then goes over with a nude come and doesn’t even make it look good it looks splotchy and all the nails are clumpy looking. By this time I’m over it and just want to leave so I tell him it’s fine and proceed to pay the other guy. He seems to think my 4 year old was going to pay for herself and left her off my ticket but I told him let’s get her added to the ticket (which seems to annoy him) then when they add her to the ticket I was trying to understand why it was so much for just a normal polish no manicure, gel, dip or nothing … I start to look for the prices and he gets irritated and asks what I’m doing. I told Him looking where it says how much a polish change is to which he says I should charge you $40!!! Which makes me laugh bc he’s said with so much attitude … I paid and left never again will I go back to such rude customer service not to mention the LASH GUY doesn’t know what he’s doing either. Also my nails look like they’re grown out and I just got them done 6 hours ago

hannah (Indigo) Service and the people are sweet the lady’s who do my pedicure are awesome but Tony is not the best at acrylic nails too thick on the powder and very bumpy and bubbly how ever he is really sweet and kind just needs a little more practice they also need more nail techs with how busy they are

Michael Robinson I checked in online showing I was #6 in line. I parked out front and I’m still #6 in line. I see no activity so I walk in and no one is waiting. ?? She asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I told her I’m in the system with my particulars. She asked me again so I explained how I wanted it but she didn’t follow directions and I came out with almost a buzz cut. Yes, I tried to stop her but it was too late once the first zip was done. We argued for a minute and she did her best to make up for it, but no dice.

Shelly Alaniz Went to Big Spring a week ago.. Serena cut my oldest son’s hair and did an amazing job!! We will definitely make that 40 minute drive and keep going back!! She’s super sweet, funny and really makes sure her clients are satisfied with their hair cut!!
