Lately, I have had a very poor experience, due to the clinic cancelling appointments after you schedule online. When you call or when you visit they have marketing all over encouraging you to schedule online, well I did and for the last two years they would cancel appointments and ask you to call in; what exactly is the purpose if they will do that. Today when I called and I mentioned to the person; they said, that’s something you need to talk to Dr Parker about, while I can do that, I don’t know why they can just take him off from the roster and not showing under appointments available. It defeats the purpose and isn’t helpful specially when you take off work ahead of time.
City Hospital Emergency Care Center - Garland LaTaishea Clifton: Went here with my son because we have both been sick. Ive been here before and the staff and doctor were great and thorough. This time they were short and not very caring at all. The doctor came in and acted as if she did not want to touch us. Had my son to take deep breaths all the while steadily moving the stethoscope before he could complete his breaths. Mind you my son has bronchitis and I brought him in for being congested. I am pregnant suffering flu like symptoms. I was told my son has a cold and I a viral sore throat. Here two days later, Ive gotten much worse. She was extremely unattentive and so were the staff this day. Get another profession if caring for people is not your thing. I am now preparing to go back to the doctor for a real diagnosis. We will not be going back here service .
Medical Arts Hospital - Lamesa Precious Moore: Our CNA Kaitlyn and all the day nurses are truly amazing, very kind, caring and compassionate. Very attentive, each time my son has needed them!!! And our overnight girls were a blessing!!! They help my son though out the night so i could get some rest. Housekeeping stayed on top of everything she did a wonderful job at keeping things clean!!! We are very pleased with our stay!!! Praying we get to go home today!!!
Hereford Regional Medical Center - Hereford JOHNNIE: We have used the hospital, emergency room and doctors several times over the last two years and I can tell you that they are nice, clean and the food is great! I had to experience NW for surgery and then back to Hfd for swing bed and I will take Hereford any day over what I had in Amarillo. Now most of the staff was nice up there, but the rest were not and the rooms were tiny. Food was gross. I had a different set of doctors stroll through everyday. Not really concerned with me, just viewing the broke bones. So, To Hereford Hospital keep up the good work YOU are appreciated!!!!
Carevide - Cooper Ericka Hanson: I was greeted with a smile. The nurses and PA were very nice. I had to have some labs taken so the young lady that took it only stuck me once before going for another try. So she had someone else come in and do it. (It’s very difficult for nurses to get it because I very narrow veins). The over all experience was very pleasant. Thank you so much.
