1 /5 Jeff Hill: Since the doctors offices attached to the building arent available on Google maps, Im assuming the doctors offices (BSW) are part of the urgent care facility. While the doctors we see there are great, the access for someone with a wheel chair is abysmal. There has never been an open handicap parking space, ever. There is not a single point in any waiting area for wheel chair, and the exam rooms are frequently filled with extra chairs for no apparent reason. Add to that the extremely long walk between various areas (front desk, waiting for Dr, labs, imaging), its not a pleasant experience.

5 /5 Cindy Stock: I came in thinking I had an upper respiratory virus which was actually an asthma attack that I was fighting for 3 days. After correct diagnosis I was able to get control of my breathing and coughing. I had a female Doctor that was fantastic, I wish I could remember her name. I was helped quickly and made to feel comfortable being there. I am so thankful because I had a decreasing oxygen level. Thank you for the wonderful care! I would refer people to this office !!

5 /5 Jill Alexander: Had an appointment did not have to wait long. The diagnosis was correct. I was given the correct medication and I was cleared up in about 3-4 days. Everyone greeted me in a nice caring professional manner. For urgent care I would highly recommend. Forget going to ER.

1 /5 Courtney Hulsey: Updated to add: They opened at noon today, the day after she was seen at the office. I’ve called another 4 times, and same thing. It rings 7 times, then the call ends. Called at least 5 times two hours before closing yesterday (Saturday) to request a different pharmacy for our daughter’s medicine that was prescribed earlier that day as it was closed already and wouldn’t open until Monday. No one answered, and we weren’t able to leave a voicemail. The call just stopped. What good is a phone number if you can’t get in contact with anyone there? Pretty basic requirement of any doctor’s office.

1 /5 Brashay Cook: I had a terrible encounter with a receptionist today. She racially profiled me and tried to belittle me. Despite my efforts to remain composed, she continued to speak to me as if I couldn’t understand. Patients should not be treated this way by anyone in a hospital, especially not a receptionist! I felt as though she was trying to humble me. When I returned to ask how to file a complaint, she directed me to one of her coworkers. Frustrated, I decided to escalate the matter and bring it to the attention of someone in a higher position.
