I went to him with a specific concern after having a surgery out of town and received excellent and knowledgable services that helped me in my recovery.

Karrie Tucker Trevin Rube is an excellent healthcare provider. He spends time to get to know you and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care. Meeting him has been a huge blessing for my family. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a provider that cares!!

Rock! Elephants (ElephantsRock!) Absolutely the best doctor and staff around, hes been our doctor for 20 years, highly recommended! I actually look forward to seeing them, which is something for a medical appointment! 100 stars, 100 thumbs up!!!

Shirley Lyman He is kind. Really listens to you and finds a way to help you get better. He has been my Dr for 25 years and I would never chance. Great man and Doctor.

Melodi Schnepp I can not even give this man one star. However the ratings will not allow me to not give him a star so one star it is. I came in with my mother to establish care due to our PCP retiring. He was less then helpful and everything my PCP of 25 years was doing he refused to honor any of that care. she has several health conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, pituitary gland issues, depression, anxiety just to name a few. Due to these conditions she can not mentally or physically work over 12 hours a day and he said that none of those issues are a reason to not be able to work 12 hours as others do it all the time. Another issue I had was he would not due blood work before appointment which I do fasting bloodwork due to several medication I take and with my appointments being in the afternoon this was not something I could do. He also had no bedside manner. He did not listen or show any concern for anything I had to say. I DO NOT recommend.

Ashley Reeves My appointment was perfectly on time, it was super quick but efficient. Got lab work done and even the ladies at the lab were amazing. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is just because I had to call to get my blood work results instead of getting the call like I was told I would. But after I called they were super nice :)

Christopher Ramos Always prompt service at the check in window. Everyone was very polite and professional. Dr. Robert Wilcox has always been informative and thorough. Thank you and the team for great service.

Cara Bainum All the staff were exceptional. But Mary made sure that even though I came into a well visit sick , she took very good care of me and resolved my illness before my vacation. She’s an angel. And Dr Arnold is very kind also! He took care of me as though i was family. I felt right at home.

Stella Lopez I brought my elderly mother here since her family physician wasn’t giving her full attention. She has high blood pressure and her numbers were pretty high often and made her miserable. These doctors specialize in geriatrics and know how to care for the elderly. My mother’s blood pressure is now under control, as well as, other health issues. I’m am very pleased and highly recommend!! The doctors are very friendly, patient, and take the time to care and explain matters to the patient. The front staff are very nice as well!

Kelsey Rae Dr. Otto hands down is the best doctor! I take my grandma who has diabetes, high blood pressure, & low B12. He has helped her tremendously over these past few months & getting her on a better road! He always puts her first & takes the best care of her like he should. His nurses are okay.. sometimes a little rude but I wouldn’t wanna see another doctor because of that. Dr. Otto is VERY patient & understanding!

Norma Veloz Reception desk Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Pitts and his NP Tessa they are both very caring and take time to listen to your concerns. The nurses are so welcoming and professional. The facility is very clean and attractive. I would highly recommend this practice for your health care needs.

Sue Wigglesworth I was impressed by Waco Cardiology’s. They don’t waste anytime getting you in for your appointment or scheduled for the next test. I was impressed by the professionalism and I’m hopeful they can solve my heart issues. Great job everyone from the front desk, the sweet lady at the Quest Lab Draw and my favorite part was Don in the Sonogram dept. What a great place to find all your answer in one place. And the Doctors are knowledgeable and he listen to me and he ordered test for That Day! Bravo Waco Cardiology. You people don’t mess around! Thank You for that!

Teresa Hazel Im very confident in my back surgery done by Dr. Dietze. 3 weeks post surgery and everything is going better than I expected. I had some concerns and Dr. Dietze spoke with me and educated me about my procedure. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Dietze and Kimberly Barnett.

Cecilia Dahlen Medical clerks at desk was prompt in checking me in. The Dr had reviewed the current x-ray and with his expertise deemed a referral with PM and more Physical Therapy would better fit my needs. My Dr was very professional and personable. A personable Dr makes and great Dr.

Robert Schulze This was by far the best ER visit Ive ever experienced. Girlfriend broke her toe. They had us in and out within about 45 min. The nurses were wonderful, the doctor was kind and considerate. We paid out of pocket and it was a very fair price for the level of service we received. 10/10 would recommend!

laurie kownack I am visiting from upstate NY and got very sick. Went to this ER and was greeted by a very pleasant girl at the front. Then got brought in by a sweet nurse and met another one in the room. Both girls were so nice and very caring. Then Dr. Chaney came in and he was so kind and compassionate. Asked me all the right questions and listened to all I had to say. He was so thorough . I work in a primary care office and am proud to say my Drs. are the same. So nice to see here in Waco Texas!!!! We had a discussion regarding whether or not I needed to be seen twice a year or just once. We discussed my meds. He listens and does not dismiss my in put. Very satisfying appointment.

k3y3ono Dr. Sepulveda has been the best primary doctor Ive had. Really appreciate his holistic approach to options, considering the variety of potential health concerns with the variety of options. Hes perceptive and honors what he rightfully perceives as my perspective when discussing options while still bringing up other ideas, and has brought up things I had intended to ask about before I did so. Hes so knowledgeable and his care is evident. Ive already recommended him to a family member who also sees him now and agrees.

Joe Ramos Dr.Wickliff, has my total confidence and trust, he takes the time to explain the best treatment plan and the process to get relief from the pain. The nurses are extremely polite and ask questions about your pain level and just overall how your doing. Checking in and checking out the front staff are polite and help with additional information and checking out, she is incredibly polite and gets you setup for the next visit. A not so stressful experience

Stacie Keathley My adult daughter with Down syndrome was recently in ICU for a month with pneumonia. Dr. Patillo was great! We followed up with Kim, the nurse practitioner, 2 days ago. She was extremely caring and thorough. Her nurse even brought my daughter orange juice and goldfish in the exam room because she was very anxious about the visit. I highly recommend Providence Lung. We saw several of their pulmonologist in ICU and they were all excellent!

Blake Jenkins Dr. Hartman and her team are the best. I couldn’t ask for a better primary care physician. She always is willing to answer questions I have and help me with any concerns that arise. I hope everyone believes in and trust their physician as much as I do.
