5 /5 cary scheurer: I found everyone at the facility incredibly helpful, Paris, especially in discharge and planning for aftercare. Everyone was professional, the facility was clean, and everyone was so kind to the guests that came in. My only complaint would be with the therapist that my son had and that might have just been a relationship that didn’t work right. My son did have cuts all the way up his arms When he came home that he said came from there. I did report it to the nurse so they could make sure no one else would get hurt but, again overall a very professional experience.

1 /5 Grace Jones: My child had went to this hospital back in July and it was a very awful experience. The staff was very rude to my child while she was there and me as well when I had asked at some points on how my child was doing or if I could talk to her. She had told me that there was only 2 staff members during the daytime that were actually wanting to help my child. Also there was an issue where my child had gotten uncomfortable around the night staff. She had said that she had a shirt that was showing a small bit of her stomach and the grown man told her to cover up and gave her a scrub top. Keep in mind, the scrubs that are there rip very easily too almost like paper honestly. Another time there was an issue where there was a girl who threatened my daughter and was very rude to her. She was much bigger and my daughter was smaller. And another incident was when my daughter had another bad experience with a night staff was when he screamed at her because she was trying to find her roommate so they could go to sleep. And when she had a panic attack, he kept screaming and she even asked him to stop once and he didn’t until he was removed for that night and replaced with another night staff person. My daughter had ran into my arms crying at her discharge. I do not recommend this hospital because it is trash and it has inconsiderate workers who clearly only care about a paycheck.

2 /5 Moe Peña: Still waiting for a doctor to call me, I honestly don’t believe they have license doctors in facility. Felt like most of the staff only cared about getting paid, for 750 a day they should have better communication. And why does it matter if my 13-year-old is an organ donor still mind blowing to me? Beware belongings will be lost so don’t take anything you’re not OK with losing. Stay on top of things or your child will get lost in the paper work. I would like to say Thanku to Paris and Olivia. The reason I did not take out my daughter within the first 24 hours, hire more staff like them, who actually reach out to parents and do their job.

5 /5 Cherie McGahee: My daughter told me the staff was really great to her. She said the food was good and she actually felt like it benefited her. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful.

1 /5 Donald McCleveland: Had two family members go here. 1 adult and 1 teen. Very unprofessional. Broken equipment that could be used as a weapon, (arm rest in waiting/holding area behind the secured doors before the interview rooms), half working phones, no real schedule on phone time, very nonchalant staff. One worker (who identifies as a female) walked in on TWO of the female (patients) for no reason while they were taking a shower. Just so happenend to be the more attractive women (patients) there that this happened to. Please note: NO OTHER MALE OR FEMALE WORKER OR WHAT EVER IN-BETWEEN HAD DONE THAT. Was also confirmed its not standard protocol. Heck, half of the lights on the building sign dont even work. But heres the worst part. The last time I took a family member there, the day before and the day of, I confirmed they had a spot open. Got there at around 230pm, left without the family member being admitted (which is a stipulation of a legal matter) after being there for over 8 hours. Unprofessional, unorganized, run down, and probably under paid employees. This place is a step above sticking people with mental health issues in a storage unit. Do better Perimeter...
