Michelle Glover Nurse Brooke, Caitlin, & kaylin were all wonderful in my cardiac catheterization procedure...they were very friendly.. check in was friendly..I couldnt walk because of my knee popping out and some stranger *very nice lady* made sure I got a wheelchair..was in room 13...on the second floor ..my nurse that watched me after my procedure took real good care of me for 4 hours..and gave me a call back the following day to check on me...5 stars for me

I left feeling that my issue is important to them and that they will do everything they can to resolve it. I dont know who is in charge of the administrative side of things, but they have it down to a science. No long wait times! Very impressed.

Ruthl3ss B3auty Update: Ms. Roni and the clinical administrator contacted me, answered every question and even told me if I needed to come back I could. The follow up was great and they made me feel like my toddler was their family member and wanted to do whatever to make sure everything was addressed. I brought my toddler to Beaumont Emergency Hospital yesterday around noon. Earlier this week, we were told she has strep and given amoxicillin. 3 days later, persistent fever and complaints of neck pain, I picked this place over an urgent care just in case we needed XRays etc and over Baptist to avoid the long wait. We are private pay, called before arrival and was given a quote of $350, this amount was okay for a piece of mind. Arrived, informed of recommendations, the total was $650 for an assessment, in house labs/swabs/xray (which was still okay for a piece of mind, advertised short wait times and kids being VIP). We experienced a longer than expected wait but kind receptionists, nurses and experienced physician.
