1 /5 Lillian Sadowski: Do not set up payment plans! If you pay it off early they will keep charging you the payment plan amount. I took care of my account in January and got charged in February, they "said" they canceled the payment plan because I had paid everything but then surprise I got charged in March and was spoken to very rudely when I was understandably frustrated with the theft.

4 /5 Gina Martinez: The staff was great from check in, preop, anesthesia, postop. Very nice and genuine people. My issue is I paid the full balance at preop with a care credit card. Thought i was prepared and planned out my bills to be prepared for. Then, a few weeks after surgery I get a bill for $996. That is a huge surprise. Whomever is checking benefits is way off and needs training or something. You call insurance with the procedure code and get the exact cost they will pay and what i should owe. It should never be that far off. So be careful. Now Im trying to figure out how to pay this balance on top of my $300 /month to Care credit. So be careful with the billing

1 /5 scott sargent: My wife and I have had and are still currently enduring a horrible experience with with Baylor Scott and White Surgical Center North Garland. We both had the same type of procedure, it was successful and professional. The issues are around customer service or lack there-of, billing and coding issues from the facility and the doctors. I have left multiple messages for the facility administrator with out one return phone call. The business manager was unhelpful and did not return phone calls when dates and times were agreed upon and never completed the tasks required to solve the issue. I engaged sr leadership with United Surgical Partners Inc and some of the billing/coding issues started to get attention with BSW but now the sr leader has moved on. The entire interaction with BSW NRTH Garland and the doctors associated with the BSW has been terrible. The care was good, the customer service after t he care is what has been a mess. My family has been with BSW for over 15 years and based on this, thinking about moving all of our medical needs out of BSW to another group.

5 /5 Melinda Dague: I had my colonoscopy procedure at this facility. I received exemplary care! The nurses were caring and competent. I was given a warm blanket and socks to have once I changed into my medical gown. I had to go to the restroom several times before the procedure and the nurses helped me each time with my IV and showed genuine concern for my well being. After the procedure, I was given cold apple juice in an ice filled cup and a gluten-free fig bar. After being on a liquid diet for a day, it tasted incredible! I would highly recommend this facility for your eligible medical needs.
