1 /5 Aixa Duran: Awful!!! The last time that I was there I decided to find other Primary care because the staff always is rude, With exception of Dr. Ramon Garcia (He is very professional) . Today I decided to give them another opportunity, but not more, the doctor Edgar Lescure treated me terrible. He just came to the door to tell me the test results, he never check my lungs, and treated me like he was avoiding a “walking dead.” If he is a doctor why he is terrify???? BTW He was wearing a mask.

4 /5 Ms Rainlady: Ive been seeing Dr Ramon Garcia for almost 10 years. He is very intuitive, smart, caring, and asks questions and talks to you. He is now the medical director. The office staff has been rude and uncaring in the past. I think they are trying to change that. Now they send review request after each visit. The wait time is utterly ridiculous. I do not like the fact you have to wait & wait. Today my appt was 845am. Its now 10am and Im in the room JUST WAITING!!! I like Dr Garcia, he takes very good care of me. His staff should match his professionalism .

I believe he has saved my husbands life with his expertise and knowledge and quick response and more importantly his care and concern. I love how he walks us out after each visit and his personality and hospitality is from his heart. I am very grateful and hope I never have to find us another doctor.

5 /5 Melissa Perez: I went to Dr. Ramon Garcia as a new patient, and I ran into a small challenge as I arrived due to changing my PCP. I made the necessary calls and was soon on my way to being seen. I have to say that my experience was one to rave about. I was treated with genuine care by every single one of Dr. Garcias medical assistants. They were very pleasant and flawless in their industry. I felt as if I was in the best care. Their professionalism was unique and they are all in sync with each other. I will refer my new "medical family" to everyone I know. I am so grateful, thankful and blessed to have been a patient to this team of awesome people. Thank you and you have a patient for life! Dr. Garcia, You Rock!

1 /5 Alicia Garay: I am so done with Dr. Garcia and Patel. I have been with you for close to 10 years. I the past 2 years you have ridiculed me for me weight and called me names. I loved coming to you however I couldn’t no longer take the insults. I decided to see Dr Patel she was worse. She would not follow up on what she said she would do. This morning I called at 720a because I tested positive for Covid your office said they would call me back. I explained I have 102 fever, chill, my chest is tight, uncontrollable cough my bad hurts and I have diarrhea. I called at 1130 nothing I called at 230 and was told the Rx was sent an hour ago. A call would have been nice. I know both of you have busy schedules so open up a spot I will be looking for a new PCP. I hope you treat your new patient better than you have treated me in the past 2 years
