5 /5 chernika lipscomb: I have been a patient here for two weeks and my experience here has been phenomenal. My care team has been making sure I have everything I need. My wound care nurse Courtney made sure my wound was clean daily to be sure that it didnt become infected again. The supervisors here are also making sure the nurses are doing what theyre supposed to be doing and the nurses, for the most part, was very friendly and efficient. The staff here are friendly and attentive. I recommend this place and I give it a solid 9/10. P.S Special thanks to my nurses Ms Lenora, Ms Jasmine, and Ms Beverly who were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed.

Our HR Anthony was very welcoming and so was our CCO Katina. It’s refreshing to come across in entire staff that is welcoming and ready to have new employees on the team. Thank you again for this gracious welcome.

5 /5 Kaysone Sengvong: Stacy, Jayla, Juliana, Samantha were great nurses and took good care of my spouse of 42 years of life. Respiratory therapist was very knowledgeable in Respiratory care, who were George, Zachary, David they were very kind. My husband smiles when they come in the room. I recommend Vibra if I ever need long-term care.

5 /5 Robert Burns: We enjoyed our stay at Vibra, the rehabilitation services Brittany, RT did a great job getting me up daily. Nurses took good care of me and encouraged and motivate me to continue to improve. I was always updated on my care.

Me and another sister had to walk siz flights of stairs. Iam a heart patient myself it was horrible thru and thru.

She listens well and addresses all concern that my mother has. I really trust her and hope that she remains to be my mother’s primary doctor.

Baylor St. Lukes Medical Center - McNair Campus - Houston, TX - Houston

Julie Burlew: My son had surgery at CHI Baylor St. Lukes Mc Nair campus on 9/27/24. The medical care at CHI Baylor St Lukes is excellent but the outsourced billing department boarders on unethical. We prepaid our co pay for surgery and we were charged excess of $1911.45. It was reported on My Chart a refund was due on 11/5/24. Blue Cross Blue Shield paid this claim on 10/16/24. I have spent hours on phone and multiple phone calls attempting to get a consistent answer on when I will receive my refund. I have personally gone to billing office representative at the McNair campus. I have placed a complaint at Patient Relations office. I have called the corporate outsourced billing office and still waiting for my refund check. I called the corporate Ethics line and individual took a report and told me to expect a call by January 27, 2025 . I guarantee you that if I owed this much money to CHI Baylor St. Lukes and my account was this delinquent I would have been long sent to collections long ago. It is such a shame that an organization with such outstanding medical care will not treat patients with same respect when it comes to their financial services. amiri z: all these bad reviews are shocking me and I hate that these women had that experience. Because my experience last fall giving birth to my first child was AMAZING. Every nurse I had was so nice and supportive I literally owe them my life. The nurse that basically delivered my baby was wonderful. She was a young black woman and she took very good care of me.

Joseph McGlothlin: The valet service, Aramark, totaled my mothers car when she went there with my Aunt on September 20th, to take my Aunt to see a doctor on a life threatening condition my aunt has, by driving my mother’s car into a pole. Their sketchy insurance company that they are insured by, Sedgwick, wants to add more damage to my mom’s car and apparently the valet service had three other accidents that day with customers vehicles. My mother was not financially ready to buy a new car. If could give them no stars I would because they deserve no stars. Ernesto was very unsympathetic and did not care.

Alisha Blumenthal: I got here for my high risk pregnancy appointments and care and I can honestly say that the staff takes great care of you! My experiences so far being a pregnancy medicaid user, they have fought for my rights and coverage and still continued to care for me despite some things that occured with it. The social workers here also do an incredible job fighting for you and if there is anything extra services you need,they make sure you get them. Felicia and Marcenia social workers are incredible throughout your care with the teams here. If you need to fight a doctor, theyll step up for you. If you are worried about care, dont be. There are good ppl here that will see you through. And apologies if you do not end up getting not the greatest experience.. I cant speak for you and your personal experience , but, I pray the right ppl care for you if you go here! My experience so far has been positive.

Mamta Shah: I visited Ben Taub Emergency Center last week due to severe abdominal pain, and I was impressed with the level of care I received. The front desk staff was organized and efficient in getting me checked in, and despite the ER being busy, they kept things moving as quickly as possible.The medical team was thorough in their evaluation, ensuring received the necessary tests and treatment. The Doctor who treated me was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. The nurses were kind and supportive, making a stressful situation more manageable. Overall, while ER visits can be long and unpredictable, I appreciate the dedication of the staff at Ben Taub. Thank you for your hard work and care!
