Mamta Shah: I visited Ben Taub Emergency
Center last week due to severe abdominal pain, and I was impressed with the level of care I received. The front desk staff was organized and efficient in getting me checked in, and despite the ER being busy, they kept things moving as quickly as possible.The medical team was thorough in their evaluation, ensuring received the necessary tests and treatment. The Doctor who treated me was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. The nurses were kind and supportive, making a stressful situation more manageable.
Overall, while ER visits can be long and unpredictable, I appreciate the dedication of the staff at Ben Taub.

Ricc Giorgio: Having to wait for medications as a patient can be understandable, but when it continues week after week it is very exhausting. Today I waited for 2 hours for a medication that only takes 15 seconds to administer.
Tammy Haynes: Dr. Bhojani is an incredible doctor. I can’t say enough good about him. I reached out to him because of concerns about my health. He reviewed my chart before I arrived. He made me feel comfortable. He did a plan so we know what my car is going to entail. His bedside manner is phenomenal, and I really do believe that he cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Bhojani! His staff is also phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly. They make sure you’re taking care of again. I cannot recommend them enough.. They are fantastic!
Justin Norman: Very experienced Doctors and Nursing staff. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have Volunteers willing to help navigate the center which was helpful. I see why it’s considered the best cancer center in the world. Traveling from Charlotte NC to receive the best treatment for my wife.
Wayne Fancher: Zulma, Julie, and Dr. Vasquez Choy did a wonderful job! They were all so friendly and made our experience a happy one. Dr Vasquez Choy explained everything in great detail and was very kind. Highly recommend!
Ana Landaverde: Every staff member we came across were absolutely incredible. Dr. Lee and her colleagues were amazing, consulting with one another to find a solution for my son. They were thorough and careful and kept us informed about everything. I’m very glad with the experience.
Jay Martin: Pharmacy and labs are super slow they were better when they were at the other location. It’s so annoying have to wait for so long in order yo get your meds and for a blood work
Valerie Chavez: I am impressed with this clinic. The front desk staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Walking through the clinic, the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Moody was also very professional and explained my daughters health plan thoroughly.
W J: I was very pleased with Dr Sikka’s approach and empathy. And with the path forward that was explained to me. Nursing students were very kind and helpful. Additional staff were very helpful also. Brought me a glass of water and kept me informed of the schedule.
