5 /5 m nalazon: Dr. Susie Nguyen is the best!!! I can really feel that she cares. She spends the time to examine my mother carefully as if she is the only patient that she has to see. She listens well and addresses all concern that my mother has. I really trust her and hope that she remains to be my mother’s primary doctor.

5 /5 C H: So, I have only seen the NP & not the Dr so far but, I am perfectly happy with Tram. She always LISTENS to me as it relates to my care, empathetic and dead on with her care plan. On occasions that I have called, she always responds and helps me and this suits perfectly. I pray she returns after her leave and I highly recommend. It can be difficult finding the good doctors amongst the sea of self proclaimed gods & pill pushers in Houston.

1 /5 Tan Pham: My staff and myself called to this office 10+ times trying to get either medical clearance form (faxed the day before) filled out or verbal clearance. Our 83 years old mutual patient was in dental chair with pain and needed extractions. Our calls kept getting transferred and hung up. Then the staff there said that her doctor was busy and he will answer at the end of the day???? What kind of medical office is this? I have never experienced such an irresponsible office like this. I have family members coming to this office too and I was told the doctors are good, but obviously their staff are NOT. If this continues, I will report to medical state board because this is very dangerous to patients.

4 /5 DL W: Good service, can often get an appt same week I call. When sick, I able to get an appt in one day. But, for female physical without gel for a patient with a dryness health issue is just mean. Dr. S. Nguyen would not use exam gel even though I asked for it. The gel was used by my previous favorite gyno/ob always used gel. Never again will I have a female perform a gyno exam. Dr. S. Nguyen is great for all other exams and illnesses. Her nurse practitioner is also great.

5 /5 greg norris: Dr. Nguyen has taken care of me for 8-9 years and listens to what your saying. He is the only doctor to get my internals function correctly. He also knows that recovering cancer have special needs and accommodations. I would recommend his practice to anyone asking.
