The front desk staff was organized and efficient in getting me checked in, and despite the ER being busy, they kept things moving as quickly as possible.The medical team was thorough in their evaluation, ensuring received the necessary tests and treatment. The Doctor who treated me was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. The nurses were kind and supportive, making a stressful situation more manageable. Overall, while ER visits can be long and unpredictable, I appreciate the dedication of the staff at Ben Taub.
