1 /5 Joseph McGlothlin: The valet service, Aramark, totaled my mothers car when she went there with my Aunt on September 20th, to take my Aunt to see a doctor on a life threatening condition my aunt has, by driving my mother’s car into a pole. Their sketchy insurance company that they are insured by, Sedgwick, wants to add more damage to my mom’s car and apparently the valet service had three other accidents that day with customers vehicles. My mother was not financially ready to buy a new car. If could give them no stars I would because they deserve no stars. Ernesto was very unsympathetic and did not care.
