Pohan Leu Dr. Joe Smith and his staff showed exceptional care and attention to my brother in law (who is special needs) who was having a wisdom tooth pulled. What I thought was really amazing is that he let my brother in law grab hold of his arm as a way of showing security and comfort to my brother in law while he got the tooth out. I would definitely recommend him 10000%!! We will be back to have more pulled

Olivia Howard Surgical appointment: My husband was asked to stay on site for two reasons. The first was to speak with the doctor to get care instructions once the procedure was finished . The second reason was to be available when the procedure was completed to take me home. My husband was instructed to me meet outside the building where I was wheeled outside and put in the car as she handed me a bag of gauze and piece of paper with instructions. I thought that was very unprofessional. Initial appointment: Dr. Terres was so personable. They took X-rays and that was it. They didn’t even need another exam. I was reassured by the doctor that the work I needed was standard and should be a fairly smooth process. Overall I gave them a four star review because I felt rushed after the appointment.

J M Most professional. Take you serious no matter your circumstances or background. This is how people should treat people-everyday. Its not difficult to see that they have respect for their patients. Going to these types of places can be good for some people but for some its not always great news. They make it the best possible experience they can for you meaning they care about your feelings. You have to care and show concern about people in order to make someone feel okay about hearing not so good news. Really good humans and excellent care too.

Anna Hachette Went in for my exam and (Katie) insurance coordinator waits 3 day to send treatment plan into the insurance I then waited 1week to see if they call me to schedule an appointment like they said they would they did not I had to call the insurance to see if they reviewed it and they have and Katie told me they have not well then I Scheduled a appointment anyways because I am in pain so I decide to pay out-of-pocket then comes a week later on surgery day andJustine Briggs Calls me and cancels because the anesthesia Tim Wright called in had to wait two more weeks in pain. They told me I was their first priority never attempted to get me in sooner. Every time I called with a question I never got a call back but maybe 1 then two weeks later comes up and it’s surgery day, and Tim Wright was not even in the room Got canceled for somebody that had to be there for them to not be there This place is so unprofessional they do not return calls and they do not respond back to insurances because I asked them to appeal And she told me since it was after surgery that they don’t do anything after surgeries, but yet told me I could have a cash refund if the insurance approved it but they they don’t want to do anything to help. I’ve had nothing but problems with Justina, Briggs, and Katie Dr. Chatlin And nurses assistant fantastic

Nick and Rebecca I had a great first experience at my consultation with Dr. Brian Stone! Him and his team explained everything very well. From the front office to the treatment planner, everyone was so kind!! Asia, the assistant was so sweet to me! I will definitely be getting my treatment done with them!

Kendra Morris recently had a procedure at Southern Surgical Arts, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, Dr. Brown was fantastic—very knowledgeable and professional, making me feel at ease before my surgery. The front office staff was also kind and accommodating, and the billing process went smoothly thanks to their fabulous team. However, my experience took a turn after the surgery. I was still under general anesthesia when the nurses attempted to wake me up. They were snapping in my face, loudly saying "Get up, time to get up," which was incredibly jarring and disorienting. I had only been under for less than an hour, and being confronted in such an aggressive manner caused me a lot of anxiety and fear. If it weren’t for this unsettling experience with the nursing staff, I would have easily rated Southern Surgical Arts a five-star experience. It’s disappointing that such a significant part of my recovery left me feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I hope they can improve their post-operative care to ensure a more gentle and supportive environment for patients waking up from anesthesia.

Rachel Ledkins My 2 daughters (7&8) had the best experience!!! Staff were so personable and hospitable to the girls making them feel so comfortable. They worked very calm and quick doing both girls at the same time and communicated clearly to me and the girls about it all. Both girls loved the fun rooms and TVs above their heads to distract them. Adriane and Dr. Miller were knowledgeable and friendly! the BEST! I would highly recommend!

Sandra Irby We’ve had an incredible time every time we visit the office with Dr. Patrick. He’s an amazing dentist who explains everything in a way that makes the kids feel comfortable. The staff members are also fantastic and always go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. My son is on the spectrum and nonverbal, but he always has a great visit and he’s always happy to come back to the dentist office. I’m so grateful to see such great support for my little guy. Everyone is so patient and accommodating, and it makes a big difference. Thanks a bunch! This dental office is always my top recommendation.

Megan Ram Dr Miller here did my 4 year olds crowns today. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. We have always had so many issues with my son’s teeth so he needed them all crowned. I felt terrible about it but he never shamed me, like some other dentists have. He made us all feel comfortable and helped so much in a very stressful situation. The office is beautiful, all of the staff is sweet as can be, it was just great overall.

Catherine Edwards It’s not just a job for them. They all truly care. I have a fear of dentist because I haven’t had good experiences in the past but they were so understanding and didn’t make me feel bad for being scared. The nurse even held my hand during the procedure and the doctor took it slow and easy to make sure I was comfortable. They also offer a way to set up a payment plan. Payment plans make it easier to be able to get help faster. This was truly my first good experience with a dentist and will recommend them to anyone. I already have my next appointment scheduled!

Shastee Giddens Tyler Endodontics is great. My son had a root canal and his experience was a great one. He felt very comfortable and Dr. Herrington was definitely one of a kind. Even after his procedure, he reached out to check on him and give tips & advice on care & asked if we had any questions. Danielle Burke I hate giving this review because when I had insurance this place treated me great. Now that I am cash pay, it has all changed. I got a night guard a few years ago when I was insured that was $342 and now I am uninsured and needing another one. When I called, I was told they would match the price of my old one and also that I had a credit of 500 something on my account. They also said they would only need to do a partial exam which was affordable and this would still end up being completely paid for by the credit, so no charge. When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken for X-rays and then the dentist came in, followed by the woman who gives estimates and explains fees. She informed me my bill owed would be $382 because the dentist decided I required a full exam and the night guard fee is $684. She explained to me that in the past, even though insurance covered nothing of my night guard, they were not allowed to charge the $684 because my insurance would not allow it. Then I argued that this is not at all lining up with the quote I received before coming here. It is a horrible feeling to be taken advantage of like this, simply because I am uninsured and clearly in pain and in need of this device. After much debate and her going to talk to the doctor, they decided to lower the price to the price I was quoted to begin with explaining that they are not supposed to give quotes over the phone. So I ended up paying less but the whole situation was so stressful.

Terri Thigpen The office ladies were friendly & professional. Also, they were running on time. Everybody seemed happy & willing to work together. Dr. Vu was very careful and also quick. The filling he did was the most gentle filling Ive ever had (and Im 67, so Ive had my share of them). Ill definitely be requesting him for future appointments.

jason burke Billing Problem!!!! Should have looked at the other reviews. My wife needed a new mouthguard and we dont have dental insurance anymore. We were quoted based on prices paid previously ands after that we had a credit it would be no charge. On the way out we have to pay 382.00. How do we have a credit, they overcharged insurance over a year ago….. All said and done we paid and now are waiting for the mouth guard. We really liked this office but being overcharged and surprised billing is unacceptable!!!! UPDATE— After a lot of back and forth the price came down to 40.00. I really like the staff but the billing is where the problems lie.

When I went back for my x-ray, it was very quick and although they had instrument issues, they still delivered. The Hygienist, Danny, was also very kind and the doctor was nice and he listened to all of my concerns. I am very glad to call this my new dental home. Thank you staff.

Fernando Resende Our family used to love this office, but they have had lots of personnel change over the years, and all we are getting at this point is frustration. Scheduling appointments has become increasingly difficult, so good luck if you need anything for an emergency. My daughter braces broke, exposing metallic components in her mouth and causing her pain. I had to call them almost every day for two weeks to schedule an emergency appointment. Kept asking for them to call back, but they never do. The ortho team had done a fantastic job for my son a few years ago, so it is sad to see the state of this place now.

Erica Gomez I would not recommend doing business with a place that is not upfront with you, or that offers payment plans but then makes you pay upfront the any remaining balance before they will remove the balance. My son has taken care of his teeth/braces and is scheduled to get his braces off 6 months early, but now he can’t because I still owe 1400$ on his braces. WHAT IS THE POINT OF EVEN OFFERING PAYMENT PLANS IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS.

Nicholas Beadles They were great until they asked me to pay $45 to reschedule a cleaning. Unfortunately I was welding and didnt see the time so they called me right after, not before, which is what they should of done in my opinion, especially for a fee that I didnt know about, its sad they lost my buisness because of this. There was no reminder or anything on the day of the appointment, but they will call you 5 minutes after. I work just a few minutes down the road, a simple call or text the same day before the appointment would of been great.

While the team walked him through the cleaning and made him feel comfortable, I felt that the cleaning and exam was brief and superficial. I will return for my own cleaning but I will take my children somewhere more cost effective.

I have not seen this kind of kindness and over the top care in a long time from a dental visit. My previous dentist was fine, no complaints, but after coming here I can’t imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else! Everyone seemed very genuine, I had not been to the dentist in about a year and a half and I ended up having to get the gingivitis treatment. No one lectured me or made me feel bad for my neglection of my teeth. They educated me in a very caring way and they also had A affordable dental package! Also the hygienist, Turns out I actually knew her Many years ago, we used to attend the same church! Her name is Altina and she cleaned my teeth and did an awesome job and I love that she really paid attention and made sure I wasn’t in any pain! Funny thing they have these awesome bird watching picture windows! It’s definitely A spa feel! It’s worth trying them out!! I can’t stop raving and sharing!
