Lindsay Cooper I waited a few weeks to leave this review because I needed to cool down and speak fairly, but I also want people to know before going that they need to be careful. I NEVER get my nails done. It had been 5+ years since I have, and dip didn’t even exist back then, so I had never had dip nails. I needed my nails done for a photo shoot and chose this salon based on excellent reviews. I showed up on a Wednesday at 3:30pm. They were not busy when I arrived though they did get busier by around 5 when I left. I did not have an appointment, which was probably my first mistake, but again I have very little nail salon experience. I walked in and requested “dip nails” and the guy at the front desk sent me to a seat at a nail station. An older woman who spoke almost no English came out and asked me what I wanted. Rather than try to explain, I showed her the picture which I have posted here, of ombré dip nails. I knew they did this because I had seen ombré as an option on their website before choosing to go there. I asked, “can you do exactly this?” And she said “yes. Pick color” — at this point I was confused because I legitimately just showed her what I wanted exactly and she agreed… but I said “color for the base? To go with the white?” And she said “yes base. Pick color” so I picked a pinkish color that I thought was close to the photo. She began working. Again, I have never had dip nails and it’s been 5+ years since I had any nails done, so I’m just along for the ride. She did several dips and then filed and got the LED cure light out. I didn’t know HOW the ombré would be done but I knew it would be before the LED cure so I was alarmed. I said, “what about the white ombré?” And she just stared at me. I asked again. She said “no ombré” and I said “yes ombré. Please do it” … at this point another younger employee stepped in to translate. I showed this girl the photo that was agreed upon and the girl said, “she didn’t see this picture. You got a single color. The nails are done” and I said, “she DID see this picture. She agreed to this picture. And I would like you to do ombré now” — the employees went back and forth in their primary language and then the younger girl said “you have a single color. We cannot make it ombré” There is no reason they couldn’t have shaved the nails down to fix them and start over. They did not acknowledge their mistake. They cured my single color bubblegum pink nails and charged me full price and sent me on my way. They texted me a survey to fill out that evening and I was honest in my response. Nobody from the salon contacted me based on that survey and it’s been 3 weeks so I’m not sure why they even sent it. I am giving 2 stars because the salon was clean and my nails weren’t botched but they were NOT what I wanted and I had to get them fixed for a ridiculous price (removal+new set) elsewhere the next day.

A E I saw your reply and updated the photos, including the charges from your salon. I called to discuss adjusting my payment fairly so I can remove my review. I also came back because my middle eyebrow wasn’t waxed, even though you claimed it was. My daughter recorded the entire session, and the service wasn’t completed. Charging me for this is fraudulent Please call me back to resolve the issue. My daughter had her first pedicure today, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The lady working on her was rude and unprofessional, aggressively picking at her feet and massaging them in a way that made my daughter uncomfortable. Even though I kept checking in with her, she was too polite to say anything at the time. As for my own experience, I tried to keep it light and friendly, chatting and laughing with my nail technician. But when I got home, I was shocked my nails look like they were painted by my 11 year-old! I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work. Definitely not what I expected.

One day it was so busy we decided to try another place and came across Wynn. We walked in and they took all : of us right away. Since we’ve been regular customers. malleyfam Dip powder French ombré nails ~ Barbie worked quickly, and did a great job! Price was $65, not counting tip. Shop is clean and well organized. I didn’t get a pedicure, but noticed they have matching gel polish and dip powder. I usually get dip powder manicures and gel pedicures, and most shops it’s tricky to get them to match each other. I plan to return.

Mary Huizar I highly recommend 107 Nail Spa. it is bright & spotlessly clean. No other place compares with the attentive and friendly service that Moon provides. Gillian Parker I received a gel-x manicure and a shellac pedicure. The staff know my name after only two visits. Jamie is very knowledgeable and guided me to what would be best for my nail shape and hands. I asked for something and she could have just done that and it would have come off in a week. Stephanie Mackey Visited the 9194 Nail Lounge on the recommendation of a friend and I’m so glad I did! I needed a new set and wanted something closer to home. Jaime greeted me immediately and made me feel super comfortable. She asked what I was looking for and since I wasn’t 100% sure because I wanted to grow my own nails out, she went through their different services. I ultimately picked the Gel-X nails by Aprés because these required less damage to my own nail bed and Danny had a customer video that he showed me after 2 months of the Gel-X. They turned out super cute and just the perfect length. Jaime is able to do all the designs! My set was a little more because I wanted to do a lot of designs. Tee did my pedicure (I came back for that do to time issues) and was ahhhh-mayzing. Her massage on my calves was perfect - I literally was dozing off in the working massage chair. They have a great menu of drink choices, if you want them, and some snacks too. It’s clean, comfortable, professional, and welcoming. I will be back!

Perla Salazar One my co-workers recommend this place to get nails done. These my 4 months going to Lynn and she is amazing. She pays attention to detail, takes time to perfectly file nails and color in. I have tired both Shellac and Dip and my nails are stronger then ever. One of the times my nail broke half way and Ms. Lynn was able salvage my nail rather then cutting it off. It grew out perfectly the next month. Everyone in the salon is welcoming and take their time in whatever service is asked for. This will be my go to spot moving forward. I live closer to Pleasanton and willing to drive the distance for Lynn.

Monica Receptionist extremely rude. Doesn’t know the selections of drinks. He’s extremely lazy and incompetent. The pedicurist did an amazing job. Great pedicure! Decided to try the milk & honey for $70. Smells amazing. The ambiance and decorations give a light and clean feeling while getting your pedicure. The chairs are extremely comfortable. They need a new receptionist who understands etiquette and good mannerism. They are running a 20% discount with the visit.

They were VERY precise In my French tip design they even added gold flakes in the white French tip and matched my toes and added the same(the fact that they were able to include this amazes me).They secured the main gem multiple times ensuring it would stay on. It took about an 1hr and a half mainly because I got acrylic on both mani and pedicures even though they stayed late they made sure to have the French tips as even and precise as they could and believe me they rock! All in all they were amazing 10/10 recommend I would definitely come again.

Ray Lewis First time to visit a pedicurist. Before my trip to Thailand, I needed someone to remove a corn on sole of left foot. The closest salon to me was closed on Labor Day so called Yvonne Nails & Spa. Agreed I could come. Long wait. At least four customers ahead of me. Although there was language difficulty, male owner professionally removed corn & trimmed my toe nails. No discomfort at all. Feel so much better. Plan to return more frequently for a full pedicure & massage. Charged a reasonable $30 for services.

My 95 year old grandmother is very picky with where and who she spends her time but loves Bellagio. My entire family goes here and we love it. I recently got my nails done by John for my engagement photos and he actually suggested these. I get at least a couple compliments on them daily and it’s been a full week now!

The works were all multi tasking attending to each customer as they could. We were all offered something to drink and sat as soon as a spot was available. The employees were all nice and friendly. Will definitely be the go to spot. Just be advised if you’re in a rush they are busy so come with time to spare. They did pretty good in time for us, we had to wait a little but was ok because we came with time to spare.

He’s definitely my go-to, and I always leave feeling fabulous! He did my daughter’s first set as well and she absolutely LOVED IT ! He is incredibly professional and a true perfectionist, ensuring every detail is flawless. Always asks if I like my nails and if all is ok. Maria I came from out of town for my son’s BMT graduation and after some searching on google came across this nail salon. I read all of the reviews that kept raving about Ken doing great nails so I decided to give it a chance and I was not disappointed. Ken was awesome, so detailed, thorough and just great service.
