Ceci Olv Door says "Walk ins accepted", There was only ONE person getting a pedi in there & the lady said I had to have an appointment (it was a Sunday) & if she had time shed be able to attend me (No one else was waiting). All I went for was to get my arcrylic nails removed and there was another lady there just sitting that could have done so. Wont ever stop by.

Crystal Whitney Ive had nothing but positive experiences at Q-nails. The owner is friendly, efficient, and meticulous. I consistently receive compliments from friends on her beautiful workmanship. I personally enjoy getting pedicures manicures, gel or french tips. Thanks Q-nails! :-)

Dalia Lopez Pésimo servicio. I was charged $145 for some glow in the dark nails.No accessories, was charged for a small heart that she end up taking off. Mind you nails don’t even glow at night. The clear coat started coming off within 2-3 days. Also got a pedicure and my feet started breaking up bad after the visit. Ask for price before getting your nails done. Worst experience.

Luz Salinas July 2,2022 first time here I read the reviews and decided to give it a chance I ask for an overlay on my nails with a design and they put a tip because one of my nails was broken Im giving them 1⭐ because to begin I was not aware the girl who was doing my nails it was new the lady that was sitting next to me told me. my nails they are so sharp and thin she didnt even buff my nails they are so uneven the design they are ok but let me tell you the price I pay $79 for this when the lady next to me had a more details design on each nails she pay around $50 I know it was my fault for not asking the price but $79 dollars is ridiculous she stared at my nails trying to figure out how much to charge me I dont mind paying for a good service but I believe my experience was terrible lets just hope I dont brake a nails and this teach me a lesson to ask for prices first and how much experience had the person who is going to do my nails Well....

Roses Cristina (Tina) I got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. I was between colors and my nail tech, Marlena, helped me pick a beautiful rosy shade. The salon itself is quite charming and small. It wasnt busy when Id gone (Tuesday late afternoon) and it wasnt as expensive for the full set and pedicure as other places Ive been too. Overall, a great experience.

Crystal Rico This salon is under new ownership. I have been here several times already and overly impressed with the wonderful customer service and quality care that the owner Katie and her staff give. I have been to many nail salons in the area and have never been this well taken care of. They take their time with each customer and make sure they leave happy and even more beautiful than when they came in. Katie is very knowledgeable and talented, and it shows in her work. She is also the sweetest, most kindest person!! Im so glad that I have finally found a nail salon that I feel pampered and taken care of. Thank you for all that you do and for keeping my hands and feet top notch and Gorgeous!

Kimberly Richardson The pedicure literally took an hour and a half for a basic pedicure and the girl used the wrong color on my toes. I didn’t even notice until after the first coat was done because I had to put the chair back from being in such an uncomfortable position for so long. When I told her, they wanted to change the color but I was already so anxious from how long that took that I wanted to get out of there. A basic pedicure is 25 minutes TOPS. I thought it would be quick because another girl did my nails in 20 mins but nope. Not coming back here.

Elvia Maciel I have been coming here for years! The service has always been great. Recently they got new ownership and although I was worried, I decided to give them a try. Im so happy I did! The new owners are so nice, professional, and have great experience. Katie has been doing my nails and she never skips a beat! I highly recommend you give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Azia Guillory Went to get a pedicure without an appointment and they attended to me right away. The nail techs are very nice and clean! After each client they clean every seat and we’re attentive to each customer. During my pedicure, Alejandra took her time and made sure that she got everything and kept my nails nice and nothing hurt. She asked if anything bothered me during the appointment and it left me speechless. Compared to other places, she was sweet and it showed that she cared about what she does. Honestly. It’s been the best place I’ve been to in the valley!

Sandra Villarreal I loved the place. Was offered water and the massage chairs are neat. It’s very nice and organized. Yen and Nelly were amazing. They did the colors and shapes I asked for. Yen did the perfect thickness on my nails. I don’t like thick acrylics and mine look great and just the natural look I wanted. Will be definitely coming back.

Jessica Luna Girls were nice enough, but I wasn’t a fan of their service. I usually don’t come here, but it was close by and I didn’t need an appointment. My biggest complain was the cutting of my cuticles. They didn’t heal for 3 days. I did go with a friend, and she didn’t get cut. Maybe it was just my tech….either way I won’t risk it again.

Erica Guzman Some of the techs, especially the older ladies here are really rude to their coworkers and clients. All they care about is getting clients out quick and in return their customer service is very poor and the quality of their work. I will not be coming here ever again, this experience was really eye opening for me in the way that these people only care about themselves. Never have I seen a business represented so poorly. It is very sad to know that this horrible experience marked me for life.

Cecilia Martinez I literally have never done this but I just had the worst experience here. When I walked in the ladies who worked there were in the front and told me to write down the service I wanted and to take a seat. The same ladies went to go do their own nails and be on their phone kept looking at me and giggling to each other. I felt like they were making fun of me since I had my child with me. Other workers there saw me as well but didn’t even acknowledge me. I was about to leave since I was there for almost 30 mins till one lady asked if I was there to get something done. I said a pedicure but I was about to leave and they told me to take a seat. The ladies that kept laughing at me looked at me , laughed some more, and went to a back room. Since I’m not from the area I didn’t know any other salons so I stayed but I’ll be sure to look for a more welcoming nail salon next time. For the actual service it was good, I liked my pedicure and the price was good too $35 But man they made me feel so bad about myself. You know when someone is making fun of you and those ladies had major mean girl energy towards me for no reason.

And Mr. Ferrari the hospitality sir I cannot wait to watch you do a set of acrylics on my. I look forward to building that relationship considering I barely graduated school and don’t know Jack. He does them exactly how i ask for them and they always come out beautiful. Hugo did my pedicure and is always gentle and does an amazing job ! I would 100/10 recommend one stop nail spa. Ceciwithani Rodriguez This nail salon has horrible service. They took 20 minutes to complete my pedicure when I paid for the upgrade service is a massage. My shellac nail polish lasted less then a week before a large part of my middle toe was chipped off and following a few more days both my big toes chipped off more polish and another piece of nail. I do not recommend this place there are much better places to get the right service. I have nice toes and as you can see in the pictures they do not look nice

Gloria Torres Drip is like no other nail salon in the valley. It’s intimate and private, the perfect place to relax. Every single experience has been 10/10. All the techs are incredibly talented and sweet to top it off. I love that the owners are always around and are super welcoming. And let’s not forget my nails are always a slay.

victoria hernandez i love this nail salon! the staff is always so friendly and attentive, the salon is always clean too. my favorite nail tech is Lindsey, she never rushes with her work and makes sure everything is perfect and to your liking. i have been coming here for 3 years now, it will always be my go to!

Bobby Garza My wife has gone to this nail salon since it opened and she won’t go anywhere else. Her nail tech Kim does an amazing job and always does the most beautiful nails for my wife. We even take our daughters there and they too are very happy with the services Lindsey and Dan the owners provide.

Luana Rodriguez I highly recommend Jackie. She does an excellent job every time I go. She is patient and detailed and does very clean work. I would give a 5 if it were only based on her, but I have had a few other technicians work on myself and my husband, with terrible results.

olgancd 4 Been coming here for years now. Hands down to Wendy. She does the best manicure and pedicure! Her work is unbeatable!! Sadly, she isn’t part of this business anymore. I continued going and an older and very elegant lady helped me out a couple of times. She is good too! However, she is also gone. I went back and a guy dis my nails. He RUSHED the job and wasn’t gentle at all! He supposedly done within 10 mins and that manicure was horrible. The WORST i have ever had PLUS HE CUT ME. And blamed immediately by saying, “oh you asked me to cut more” YES, CUT WHAT YOU LEFT UNFINISHED BUT DEFINITELY NOT CUT THROUGH MY SKIN. If he knew what he was doing that wouldn’t have had happened. I regret paying for this service. I should have refused. I fixed all the details he left wrong once i got home.

Alexandria Robbins If I could rate my last experience at this place, Id rate zero stars. Ive been going to Q nails for over 15 years and sadly, I may never return after this incident. I have NEVER had an issue when asking for French tips of any sort before and for some reason everyone was dumbfounded and trying to figure out what I meant by a pearl tip. There were 4 ladies total and it wasnt much of a busy few hours but everyone had clients. I happened to get a lady (I didnt catch names of anyone) whom Ive never seen here before so possibly new. I got a mediocre pedicure with pearl tip but didnt make a fuss because the real deal I cared about was my manicure. I move onto the lady thatll be doing my manicure and was calmed because she seemed seasoned enough that my friends nails shed done right before were great. It was deeply expressed that these were my wedding nails. I was congratulated and continued expressing what I desired in wanting a pearl tip powder manicure. They did not have this and wanted to put fake nails on which I was very much against. I went on to show pictures of what I wanted. When I thought they understood, I got passed back to the inexperienced technician and was very on edge. She didnt do the best job on my pedicure so I wasnt feeling settled at all. She couldnt communicate with me whatsoever, so we had the previous tech "translating" which was broken and with the entire experience being purely on miscommunication and language barriers and my frustration was rising. I kept correcting and trying to have her understand but overall it came down to, theyd pulled off my previous nails, bruised my nail beds, tore off a good chunk of my nail and instead of placing an overlay to smooth the surface she starts painting the pearl tip and it was horrendous work. My nails were extremely delicate and sore and she cut into my ring finger nail so deep I was in pain. I continuously spoke to her and our "translator" about not being pleased with the work and wanting them to start over with something different because what they did was not what I asked for. She went on to say very loudly for other customers to hear that I chose that and she had recommended something else. This was false. Our translator went on to say shed still be charging me for everything which would total out to over $100 (they ended up doing a pearl tip manicure on me) and anything else I decided to do. She had attitude and I wasnt having it. If I didnt respect the other technicians Ive worked with there in the past, I wouldve walked out without paying. Without a doubt. Because thats NOT how a business should be ran. So, my nails are ruined, I dont want to risk getting an infection in going elsewhere for them to fix it and my wedding photos cant focus on my hands because of how bad and chunky the nails came out. I cried, I was very upset. So no, if you come here you ask for the man thats the manager and or Anna who is amazing. Other than that, dont risk it. Hoping they can fix the wrong on this!!
