1 /5 Fernando Resende: Our family used to love this office, but they have had lots of personnel change over the years, and all we are getting at this point is frustration. Scheduling appointments has become increasingly difficult, so good luck if you need anything for an emergency. My daughter braces broke, exposing metallic components in her mouth and causing her pain. I had to call them almost every day for two weeks to schedule an emergency appointment. Kept asking for them to call back, but they never do. The ortho team had done a fantastic job for my son a few years ago, so it is sad to see the state of this place now.
