5 /5 Cameron McDow: I had a tooth break Friday evening and I was really anxious and upset. I have very bad dental anxiety and past trauma from having a broken tooth in the past. I got on Aspen’s website and was able to book an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They called me to verify that my insurance was accepted there and confirmed my appointment for Monday. Then Monday morning when I got there at 7, they got me back and did my X-rays, an exam and gave me an estimate very quickly. My dental insurance did cover a lot but for a root canal and a crown the price was truly very reasonable. They were very very kind to work me in for my root canal and crown that same morning because I was luckily able to pay that same morning as well. They did the X-rays, exam, root canal, crown and a cleaning and had me out at 11am. Every person I spoke with went out of their way to make sure I fully understand all of the potential possibilities, they made sure I understood the procedure and they went out of their way to help me get my procedure done as quickly as possible. They were all incredibly kind and professional, they were all very helpful and explained everything they were doing in detail and they made my experience truly the best possible experience I could have had in my situation.
I had read mixed reviews and was very anxious but every person I worked with was wonderful and so far I am not experiencing any issues from my procedure. But they were also clear that there were risks and possibilities things might not go perfectly of course - just like with any procedure.
I could not possibly have been happier with my visit, if I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I will continue to return and recommend them to anyone ever seeking dental care.
