1 /5 Anna Hachette: Went in for my exam and (Katie) insurance coordinator waits 3 day to send treatment plan into the insurance I then waited 1week to see if they call me to schedule an appointment like they said they would they did not I had to call the insurance to see if they reviewed it and they have and Katie told me they have not well then I Scheduled a appointment anyways because I am in pain so I decide to pay out-of-pocket then comes a week later on surgery day andJustine Briggs Calls me and cancels because the anesthesia Tim Wright called in had to wait two more weeks in pain. They told me I was their first priority never attempted to get me in sooner. Every time I called with a question I never got a call back but maybe 1 then two weeks later comes up and it’s surgery day, and Tim Wright was not even in the room Got canceled for somebody that had to be there for them to not be there This place is so unprofessional they do not return calls and they do not respond back to insurances because I asked them to appeal And she told me since it was after surgery that they don’t do anything after surgeries, but yet told me I could have a cash refund if the insurance approved it but they they don’t want to do anything to help. I’ve had nothing but problems with Justina, Briggs, and Katie Dr. Chatlin And nurses assistant fantastic
