4 /5 Olivia Howard: Surgical appointment: My husband was asked to stay on site for two reasons. The first was to speak with the doctor to get care instructions once the procedure was finished . The second reason was to be available when the procedure was completed to take me home. My husband was instructed to me meet outside the building where I was wheeled outside and put in the car as she handed me a bag of gauze and piece of paper with instructions. I thought that was very unprofessional. Initial appointment: Dr. Terres was so personable. They took X-rays and that was it. They didn’t even need another exam. I was reassured by the doctor that the work I needed was standard and should be a fairly smooth process. Overall I gave them a four star review because I felt rushed after the appointment.

5 /5 J M: Most professional. Take you serious no matter your circumstances or background. This is how people should treat people-everyday. Its not difficult to see that they have respect for their patients. Going to these types of places can be good for some people but for some its not always great news. They make it the best possible experience they can for you meaning they care about your feelings. You have to care and show concern about people in order to make someone feel okay about hearing not so good news. Really good humans and excellent care too.

5 /5 Ambery Ross: Had a consult with Dr. Jual for my 16yr. Old son to have his wisdom teeth removed. She is extremely nice, professional ,and very thorough when explaining the procedure and reviewing my son’s medical history to be sure he gets the best treatment. She made both my son and I feel comfortable about going through with this procedure:)
