Karen Rushton We began going to this office because of their convenient hours. Their staff is friendly. However, now we have had two scheduling mess-ups. The first one was a cleaning appointment for me. I made an appointment. Days before the appointment, I was called and told that the appointment was made with a dentist instead of a hygienist and could I change it so I would be with a hygienist. I said no and went ahead with the appointment with the dentist. Tomorrow, my son was scheduled to have a wisdom tooth extraction. They called today and I was told that the dentist who could do the extraction wasnt available until Monday. I asked why they didnt schedule him with that dentist in the first place. My son had rearranged his work schedule for this appointment and I had made it a couple of weeks ago and we find this out the day before? We are now looking for a new dentist.

Jacob Harris I came here to establish care, get an exam and a cleaning. I’m a typical patient with no problems. It took three hours to get my cleaning because their x-ray machine was having difficulties. The assistance acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. And I had to wait 30 minutes on the dentist, Dr. Lieng, to finally come and give me my exam. I ended up having to come back for cavity fills. That was fine. A week later I’m experiencing excruciating pain and I assume that I need an adjustment. So I’ll make an appointment and I go there on my lunch break to get the adjustment. It takes the dentist 20 minutes to come into the room to do an initial exam. Then 10 minutes because she says she needs x-rays for her “records”, even though I just had x-rays done less than two weeks ago. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting on the dentist and all I went in for was an adjustment. Unless you have all the time in the world, I would not come to this dentist office. They take way too long and they’re also not very friendly.

Erin Smart We brought our 6 year old daughter in for a scheduled, emergency appointment and when we showed up, we were VERY rudely turned away and declined treatment after being told our insurance didnt cover it. Which is a lie. We found her another dentist almost instantly, and Lovett Dental keeps sending me emails for future appointments, so Im still on file with insurance. The nurse claimed it was also "the new doctor" who chose to turn us away and deny our insurance. After going there for several years, since our kids were toddlers, this was extremely surprising to us. Were still dealing with the why of this all and if its even legal. A single new doctor shouldnt be able to change corporate/business policies if he doesnt own it. Do not go here.

The dentist (Dr. Hoeks) and staff were professional and competent, with compassion and a gentle touch. Follow-up call and texts to check on well-being were a nice touch to the personal service we received. If you arent fond of visiting a dentist office, you should try this one out. The experience may set you at ease with what can be a trying time for most of us. Peaceful, clean, and caring.

Dr. Stanworth was able to fit me in that evening and complete my root canal, getting me home in time for dinner! What I love the most is how perfect the crown turned out! L The day of my procedure Dr. Gerlach was very attentive to my nervousness. He explained every detail as he moved forward with each step, and had a very calm demeanor which helped me feel more at ease. Him and his assistant were very very patient with me. His assistant called me the next day to check in on me and answer additional questions I had. Despite what I had done I had very little pain (24hrs later), just tenderness/soreness which is expected. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gerlach and his staff to anyone.

Javier Rivera RUN!!!!! My wife and I have been going to this dentist for 2-3 years or so now. My first visit was really bad but since my wife had a different experience I decided to give them a second chance. I made the mistake to answer the new client questionnaire saying that appearance and smile is very important to me which it is. So how is that information use, well they had me on the chair trying to sell me Invisalign like a timeshare in Cancun. Push, push, push.... like use car salesman. Luckly the second time the change systems and I had to redo the same questionnaire, so I put that I careless about my smile and appearance, since I knew how they use this info. I have continue going but always with the best experience. Since my wife thinks they are good and continue going. Today my wife had a cleaning. My wife is the most careful person with tooth care, she flushes EVERYDAY, uses listening every day, 50 years old and they discover the first cavity on her a few visits ago. The won the price of discovering a cavity on my wife 50 years perfect record. That is some accomplishment! Of course, knowing my wife get it fix right away. Today they said that she has gingivitis and cannot do the cleaning as they must first do the treatment that cost over $300 after insurance. She felt what I felt the first time… My wife walked out of the office; she has never done that in her life. Be careful with this timeshare dental practice, they will sell you and force you unneeded money-making schemes.

Greg Stroud I recently took my 8-year-old son to White Oak for a standard cleaning. He had been before with no issues, however, this time they told me they couldnt remove the buildup on his teeth because he was sensitive to having his teeth cleaned and they didnt want to make him more uncomfortable. They recommended anesthesia and putting him under to get a basic cleaning? He didnt have any cavities. This seems really extreme and not in a childs best interest from a healthcare perspective. I cant imagine the solution to cleaning his teeth is anesthesia twice a year? He didnt even cry, he was just uncomfortable getting his teeth cleaned and they didnt want to deal with it. They are also still charging my insurance for the cleaning even though the technically didnt complete it. If you have children, I highly recommend going elsewhere. It was a waste of time and a wasted use of my dependent dental insurance.

Karen Jones I am deeply disappointed with this office’s snore guard. I was charged $1500 for this. The yellow bands easily pop off and the edges are frayed and sharp, Some of it you can see in the picture below. It rubs throughout my entire mouth and I’m afraid of swallowing one of the yellow bands when they pop off in the night. Had I known this is what I would get for $1500 I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Katelynn Hood This is a very good places to consider when wanting to get dentures. I was afraid of getting dentures but they made me feel comfortable. They made it affordable for me to get top dentures within my budget. They were very welcoming and nonjudgmental. I felt very comfortable when I visited the office. The staff was phenomenal. Jan DeVito Extremely disappointed. Apparently I didn’t have enough work to do to make it profitable for them. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room I was immediately dismissed after letting the dentist know I didn’t want him to remove all my bottom teeth so he can do implants. I told him they weren’t bothering me right now. I basically needed a relign or a new denture. He referred elsewhere. Very dissatisfied. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYBODY.

DDS has boosted my confidence 1000x and I couldnt be more happy. Great doctors, great nurses & the best lab in town. Gotta Know Joe Hobbies Very professional and nice. Quick, which I appreciate and cost seemed to be in line with others. A bit more than advertised on the web site, but it may have been my situation. The next day... After extraction... Well, Im still alive , so that good.. theres a void where a tooth was, and the bleeding has stopped. No pain after local anesthetic so this tells me they did the job right. I joke because Im very happy with the service and outcome. A special thanks to Joe...the man that prepped me, what a pro. Anhthu Nguyen I had a very frustrating experience here. I booked my appointment well over a week in advance, but they didn’t send the necessary forms until the day before. I filled out the forms, clearly indicating that I’m pregnant, but no one seemed to review them. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time before the staff finally realized I was pregnant and told me I needed a written clearance from my OB for a cleaning. This could have easily been communicated ahead of time when I completed the digital forms. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time.

EOM Very positive experience. The imaging technology they use really speeds up the process. The check-in is fast and easy, took me back for exams right away and everyone from the front desk, assistant and doctor are very clear and precise about everything they are doing. Nice experience.

Samantha Kowis Would give them 0 stars. first was great till they changed doctors and staff now they are absolutely trash. I’ve spend hundreds on my teeth here and ever since the new staff came in I’ve been having failed teeth procedures causing me to have to spend hundreds of more money even with insurance. which is absolutely insane then refuses to give me antibiotics for a swollen face when my face got infected from where they last work on it days later. Do your self a favor and find another office this staff has been the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had will not be going back after permanents are put in.

Megan Dilworth Do NOT choose this office if you have any anxiety surrounding dental procedures OR if you are looking for a quick turnaround. At the beginning of January I scheduled my wisdom teeth removal for the beginning of February. I was told the oral surgeon is only in office to do surgeries about once a month. 30 MINUTES before my appointment in February I receive a TEXT message from the office cancelling. An appointment that I had to fast 12 hours for and was recommended to take multiple days off work for my recovery. I was quite literally in the car on the way to the appointment. The office did not answer their phones when I tried to call about this. I had to call multiple times in the days after to reschedule my appointment. At my consultation appointment, in my intake paperwork, AND on the day of the surgery I communicated to the office, the dental assistants, and the oral surgeon herself (Dr Porras) that I am very scared of needles. I was told at my consultation that I would be given gas anesthesia. I was given an IV. They inserted the IV and I was doing my best but I was very obviously crying and having a hard time with steadying my breathing. I had a heart rate monitor on and you could hear how fast it was. Then instead of waiting for the anesthesia to fully kick in, they injected me four times with lidocaine while I was still awake and panicking. The oral surgeon (Dr Porras) instructed me not to cry as it would make it harder for me to receive oxygen. I communicated my fear of needles in multiple ways to multiple people at the office before and on the day of surgery. Either this office did not listen to me or did not care about what I told them. I felt incredibly unsafe and disrespected by the actions taken during my surgery and I will not be returning to this office for any future dental work. I hope other clients of this office and surgeon are treated with more care and respect than I was. After my surgery I was provided with medications and written instructions for recovery. The office said to call the phone number on the recovery instructions with any questions. This number is different from their listed office number. No one answered when called. No one responded to the voicemails that I left. Lastly, I am aware that insurance is a nightmare in any profession. However I had to follow up with this office multiple times over the course of two months to nail down a credible cost estimate for the surgery. The first quote I received was incomplete and only concerned 1/3 wisdom teeth because the office failed to send in all of the information. It was incredibly frustrating playing phone tag with both the dental office and insurance. Even though an estimate was nailed down and I paid in full the day of surgery, I still received another bill in the mail post-op. No returned phone calls, though. 2 stars because I healed fine from the surgery but this entire process was a nightmare and only reinforced my fear of needles/the dentist.

Kristin Battenfield I cannot recommend this team enough. I had a very serious infection in my tooth that it needed to be pulled. Dr. Lee spent over an hour numbing me to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. Every person I have interacted with for each one of my visits have been nothing less than perfection, kind, and caring. You will be in the best hands here.

Joshua Turner The exam went well, and the technology was great. But they told me I had "reversible gingivitis" and needed some calculus removed from the back of my lower front teeth; and therefore would be like an additional $248 dollars. I pay like 120 a month for my familys dental insurance. Why isnt a cleaning included? I asked them just to do a regular cleaning, and THEY REFUSED. Saying it was an issue with insurance. This is not true. I have been to the dentist many, many, many times in my life. I happened to have moved a lot as well. And I have never had a dentist charge me extra to scrape off a little bit (it was little) of caclulus from a limited area of my mouth (much less refuse to do a standard cleaning). But to be fair, only these strip mall/chain dentists accepted my dental insurance (without me having to pay up front). The whole thing is a scam.

Lacey Ruth Must recommend Dr. Anthony. I have an absolute fear of dentist, his calm demeanor and patience have an at ease feeling. While his assistance are even more helpful. Attitudes like ms. Quinns are infectious and I walked out happier than I walked in, she honestly is the best part of the day. Jc helped me with financing and availability and I couldnt be more pleased with how he helped me help myself! At least give them a call. I pay 8 dollars a week for a confident smile. You can too!
