My wife and I have been going to this dentist for 2-3 years or so now. My first visit was really bad but since my wife had a different experience I decided to give them a second chance. I made the mistake to answer the new client questionnaire saying that appearance and smile is very important to me which it is. So how is that information use, well they had me on the chair trying to sell me Invisalign like a timeshare in Cancun. Push, push, push.... like use car salesman. Luckly the second time the change systems and I had to redo the same questionnaire, so I put that I careless about my smile and appearance, since I knew how they use this info. I have continue going but always with the best experience. Since my wife thinks they are good and continue going. Today my wife had a cleaning. My wife is the most careful person with tooth care, she flushes EVERYDAY, uses listening every day, 50 years old and they discover the first cavity on her a few visits ago. The won the price of discovering a cavity on my wife 50 years perfect record. That is some accomplishment! Of course, knowing my wife get it fix right away. Today they said that she has gingivitis and cannot do the cleaning as they must first do the treatment that cost over $300 after insurance. She felt what I felt the first time… My wife walked out of the office; she has never done that in her life. Be careful with this timeshare dental practice, they will sell you and force you unneeded money-making schemes.
