1 /5 Karen Jones: I am deeply disappointed with this office’s snore guard. I was charged $1500 for this. The yellow bands easily pop off and the edges are frayed and sharp, Some of it you can see in the picture below. It rubs throughout my entire mouth and I’m afraid of swallowing one of the yellow bands when they pop off in the night. Had I known this is what I would get for $1500 I would’ve gone somewhere else.

And the employees there are nice and kind.. I would greatly recommend FLOSS DENTAL to family members and Friend. Dr Castillo does amazing work. Very Good Customer Service. Friendly staff. The receptionist Cayla is Very nice, so are the rest of the staff. I had a pleasure meeting Mrs. Michelle, who is a very nice Lady, and has very good customer service as well

I’ve dealt with severe dental anxiety for years, and walking into any dentist’s office has always been a struggle—but Dr. C and her amazing, comforting staff completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel safe, supported, and heard. Dr. C was incredibly gentle and compassionate. She took the time to talk me through every step of the procedure, pausing frequently to check on me and make sure I was okay. That level of care and empathy is something you just don’t find everywhere. The entire team was patient, kind, and so understanding. They made what would normally be a nerve-wracking experience feel calm and manageable. Honestly, I wish I had found this place sooner. 10/10 experience—highly recommend FLOSS Dental for anyone dealing with dental anxiety. Thank you, Dr. C and team, for treating me with such care and respect!

5 /5 Hayden Sundre: Dr. Castillo and Dr. Tran both take excellent care of our entire family. Michelle was my hygienist during my appointment today and she was outstanding. She was gentle and made sure to explain everything during the procedure. This is a fantastic office for basic cleanings up to x rays and fillings. We feel well taken care of here.

They listen to your concerns and get the treatment done. They take their time with you and make sure your doing okay through out the treatment! I recommend them for anyone with really high anxiety like me or for anyone in general!

Valerie XO: The front staff were kind and helpful. The dentist seemed nice, although I only spoke to her for 2 mins. I went in for a free consultation, which was suppose to include x-rays, exam and a consultation. They first only wanted to know how I could pay or if my insurance would cover me. Then they were telling me I could just wait in the lobby. I asked if they were even going to do my exam. The Dr came in with gloves she already had on, I didnt see her open a sterilized mirror tool, but she stuck one in my mouth with her hands called out a few things to the assistant. Not gentle or anything either. Then left the room to attend someone else. The front desk person gave me my estimate and ran my credit for payment options since they were not in my insurance network. Never got an xray done. Really didnt get a thorough exam. It was really sloppy and quick. They seemed only interested in money, not me and my dental health. Oh and the office is very tiny. Thanks, but no thanks!

Brenda Zarate-Vargas: First and last time here. The video games and cool superhero theme caught my attention. Worst decision ever, my appointment was at 12:30 I get a call at 11 that they are having trouble with my insurance they get it situated I arrive at 12:20 then there’s another issue with insurances that is something they have been aware of months prior. A ton of paperwork per child. One hour later they finally do X-rays on my kids 30 min later they take them in. Parents beware they do not allow you in the cleaning rooms with them. 2 hours later my kids are still getting a “cleaning” it’s just ridiculous. Never again! Don’t let the glam fool you. Update!!! At this visit the dentist told me all three kids had MULTIPLE cavities. I thought that was odd as none of my children have ever had cavities. They were persuasive of doing the treatments that same day although they were beyond busy. I was over this dentist and decided I was going to get a second opinion a week later my kids see their old dentist for the second option and to my shock they have ZERO cavities! Aventura dental was trying to scam me out of hundreds of dollars! Beware!!

Gina Onesto: DO NOT RECOMMEND, my daughter had sealants done here well guess what??? They sealed teeth that were already sealed. They claimed they called my insurance to verify coverage for the sealants, there is no record of anyone calling the insurance. I called them multiple times, they will NOT call you back. I went ahead and paid the bill today but I will not deal with them ever again. Good luck especially if you have an issue.

His assistant Cheyenne did a great job on my cleaning and taking a bunch of X-Rays. I’m not sure I ever had my teeth cleaned with as little discomfort as she was able to do it with, very smooth. The lady at the front was very pleasant and has always been upbeat in any calls I have made. Finally, Karina who handles insurance and payment plans seems very nice. A very professional and pleasant operation
