Jen Dundee Mitchell Ive been spray tanning for years. Would not recommend to anyone. Worst experience ever! One, the girl behind the counter was more interested in talking to her friends that were just plopped down in the salon instead of giving any instructions whatsoever on the tanning booth. Just showed me where it was and left. I came out of the booth to ask instructions and what lotion to use. I bought extender and thank goodness it didnt work. I was as orange as a cheetoe with stained feet. I had to go on vacation like this. Fortunately, it didnt even stay on a couple of days. Worst experience ever. Impolite staff with no instructions with worst tanning results ever.

Katrina Abbit The staff was great! They took their time and focus on each individual weather it was a small child starting kindergarten or an adult starting college or a new job. It was easy to tell they love their clients because many stop by just to say hi without getting a cut. As you walk in you immediately feel the family atmosphere as they greet you with love as you enter. Whatever yall are doing there keep it up because your clients appreciate it. Thx!

Holly Hill Azriel did an amazing job on my nail art for Thanksgiving! I gave her full artistic freedom to try any design she wanted! The colors were beautiful and she was really patient and gentle with her designs. It’s always nice to see students excelling in something they love! Shi &’ my girl azzy did my nails & they looked great . the shape , color & length was beautiful ! she was very careful when doing my nails & made sure not to cut me which tends to happen especially around the cuticle area . Azriel is one of the best techs i’ve ever seen , it was a pleasure to have her do my nails .

Daija Petty Did my individuals with bonding hair glue, which is not made for lashes. I had to rip my natural lashes out trying to get the lashes off and glue out of my natural lashes. Also, she taped my eyes open to apply lashes. Just not a pleasant experience.

Luci with the Fro Bomb lash lady, and she’s quick. Appointment was at 9:30, I got lash extensions, eyebrow, and lip wax and was outta there by 10:15. The only reason I didn’t give her 5 stars is because I’m in desperate need of a fill and she’s hard to connect with. I do not wish to pay for another full set of lashes, yet, I’ll have to.

JEA JEA A few months back I paid for a lash perm/lift and for starters the package she used seemed like a cheap one anyone can purchase from amazon. It most definitely was not professional grade. As the process was ongoing she put a lot of pressure on my eyeball which was a bit painful, I had to tell her more than once to be more gently around my eye. She also got some product in my eye which burned for several hours after and left my eye severely red for almost 24hrs. Lastly, the perm/lift only lasted about 2 weeks and a few days- not close to 4-6 like she stated. Of note, this was not my first lash lift just my first at this business.

I came for an exchange of an item and it wasnt broken, or opened or anything, the young lady had an attitude and told me " no let me finish" ...which was very rude, you want respect you get respect, but that did it for me

Christina Warner This is the third time that I have had an issue with THIS store! I made a purchase two days ago and came in today to do an exchange. The product that I purchased was not even touched. The seal wasnt even broken. The manager said no exchanges; although my receipt says exchange/refunds within 7 days with receipt! My purchase order was well over $50 and to not honor your own policy is ridiculous‼️ NEVER AGAIN will I ever support this business again‼️

Michele Brandenburg Worse set of nails and worst pedicure Ive ever had. My 6 y/o granddaughter wouldve done better job. The lady that started my nails was very rough and while she was filing the tips I jerked my hand back and told her that was hurting and her response was "oh I cut u" and kinda laughs. I have file marks under and around most nails. Some nails even hurt when touched.

Summer Prim I never had a stylist that ensured each nail was perfect as she does. She is always friendly and does amazing work. Its hard to find someone who does elaborate/bling designs at a reasonable price. And they hold! I am very rough on my nails and they do not give or break when I go to her. I love getting my nails done by her, Ill pass on nail salons after her services.

Women caused a scene and called the police on these poor people. Please don’t come here, these people have no talent, customer service, or integrity. Shame on yall!!!!
