1 /5 Anhthu Nguyen: I had a very frustrating experience here. I booked my appointment well over a week in advance, but they didn’t send the necessary forms until the day before. I filled out the forms, clearly indicating that I’m pregnant, but no one seemed to review them. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time before the staff finally realized I was pregnant and told me I needed a written clearance from my OB for a cleaning. This could have easily been communicated ahead of time when I completed the digital forms. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time.

5 /5 EOM: Very positive experience. The imaging technology they use really speeds up the process. The check-in is fast and easy, took me back for exams right away and everyone from the front desk, assistant and doctor are very clear and precise about everything they are doing. Nice experience.

1 /5 Dionne Davis: If you value your time I would “ideally” look elsewhere! I’ve attempted twice to have services rendered and the first time as a new patient I waited almost an hour and 30 minutes for a cleaning only to be told the dentist was trying to finish up a root canal! I’d been sitting in that dang room waiting forever!!! I graciously gave them a 2nd chance only to be called while pulling into the parking lot and 10 minutes before my appointment to be called and asked if I was willing to be seen at a different time as they were running behind just like they were the first time!!!! Absolutely not….I’ve been inconvenienced twice and my time is valuable! I’ve not only wasted leave time but gas as well. This place is a no for me!
