5 /5 EOM: Very positive experience. The imaging technology they use really speeds up the process. The check-in is fast and easy, took me back for exams right away and everyone from the front desk, assistant and doctor are very clear and precise about everything they are doing. Nice experience.

Then I was greeted by the smiling, friendly, professional Receptionist. When we met Cathy and her Assistant, I was put at ease with their relaxed, friendly, but professional demeanor. I felt comfortable during the entire visit with Cathy’s examination and the examination by Dr. Jovanovic, that they really cared about solving my dental problems and were very knowledgeable about the plan forward. They both listened well and answered all of my questions. Also at checkout the young lady was very polite and courteous and quickly and efficiently provided us with our proposed treatment plan. From Kathy at the front desk greeting me with a warm welcome…to Kelly the hygienist doing an excellent cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Vargo and his assistant Tonja really took good care of me when I was in the chair making sure I was comfortable and explaining everything. I knew when I left there I had received the best care possible. Five stars all the way!

She was very detailed, explained everything that needed to be done and she was very sweet. Front desk staff was fabulous! I only wish Dr. English would have spent more time with me, and not have been in such a hurry. Good thing he has his amazing staff to make up for his downfall. I will definitely be getting all of my dental work at here.
