1 /5 Jacob Harris: I came here to establish care, get an exam and a cleaning. I’m a typical patient with no problems. It took three hours to get my cleaning because their x-ray machine was having difficulties. The assistance acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. And I had to wait 30 minutes on the dentist, Dr. Lieng, to finally come and give me my exam. I ended up having to come back for cavity fills. That was fine. A week later I’m experiencing excruciating pain and I assume that I need an adjustment. So I’ll make an appointment and I go there on my lunch break to get the adjustment. It takes the dentist 20 minutes to come into the room to do an initial exam. Then 10 minutes because she says she needs x-rays for her “records”, even though I just had x-rays done less than two weeks ago. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting on the dentist and all I went in for was an adjustment. Unless you have all the time in the world, I would not come to this dentist office. They take way too long and they’re also not very friendly.
