2 /5 Karen Rushton: We began going to this office because of their convenient hours. Their staff is friendly. However, now we have had two scheduling mess-ups. The first one was a cleaning appointment for me. I made an appointment. Days before the appointment, I was called and told that the appointment was made with a dentist instead of a hygienist and could I change it so I would be with a hygienist. I said no and went ahead with the appointment with the dentist. Tomorrow, my son was scheduled to have a wisdom tooth extraction. They called today and I was told that the dentist who could do the extraction wasnt available until Monday. I asked why they didnt schedule him with that dentist in the first place. My son had rearranged his work schedule for this appointment and I had made it a couple of weeks ago and we find this out the day before? We are now looking for a new dentist.

He is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain your situation and is willing to answer any questions its my favorite dental service.

She has always feared going to the dentist but the staff and environment here has made it so she isn’t so scared anymore. They are always patient with her and she always looks forward to picking toys out of the chest on her way out!
