1 /5 Niko Gambill: Wait time is god awful like why set an appointment time and not even be on time with the appointment if you have nothing to do and have a boring life this is the place for you because youll be here for centuries waiting for your turn to be checked out and trust me dont even worry about being ontime for your appointment youll be checked in 3 hours later so when they say be here by 9am they ment be here at 3 pm because thats how long youll be waiting.

1 /5 Toni Michelle: Service is horrible. U get your lab/test results at a decent rate but it takes a month or more before you can actually speak with anyone about the results. Doesn’t matter if you call everyday they all say the same thing “I’ll put in a request to your doctor/pcp/provider” and nobody ever calls. Even using the app to message doesn’t work. I gave up at about week 3 and found a new pcp and clinic to go to and still never heard back from them in the mean time smh. Just terrible.
