He also has a fantastic sense of humor. I understand the practice is getting another doc in May. He is much needed and very welcome.

3 /5 Doris Hurd: The Services are very good in person but if you try to call thats a different story. You will not be able to get intouch with a live person. When you leave a message no one calls you back. I have been out of one of my medications for a month. I left a message 4 days ago and still no response. I just sent a message on my chart and will see how that goes.

5 /5 David Hasenleder: Charlie, my PA that handles my Pain Management and My visits is ALWAYS very nice and friendly. She genuinely cares about what’s going on with my physical pain. She always asks how I’m doing and has anything gotten better or worse with my condition. She makes sure that I’m receiving the right kind of treatment. She makes me feel like I’m a person and not just a number.

4 /5 Nancy Johnston: This is my time and I dont complain often. But....the waiting time and over load of patients is nothing short of RIDICULOUS. When I went back to review my response this machine gave you 4 stars. I GIVE 2 STARS! Victoria in scheduling was great!

Andrea Sands: I had all 3 of my children here. I just had my last baby 2 weeks ago. I went in for a scheduled induction and we entered on the ER side. There was a man there that was immediately helpful, he was super nice and walked us up to L&D. During my labor my nurse was named Terrie and she has amazing bedside manner, she is the BEST nurse i’ve ever had! DR Marcantel was also great. All of the staff were so helpful and fast with everything! Everyone made my L&D an absolute wonderful experience especially nurse Terrie! Houston methodist is also great at checking in on you after your care there.

Zephan Lunz: My fiance had an appointment with them today for a long time followup. Her mental health has been getting worse and we really needed this appointment to see a professional. They cancelled on her last minute and my fiance had an anxiety attack and wrecked her vehicle. I called them explaining how she cant work and now got into this accident because of her mental health. They did not give any resolution except we had to wait another week and a half for when an appointment opens up again. She needed to be seen today and started on medication today. Bad job UTMB. I do not trust you and your judgement to provide care to my fiance anymore. Bad job.

Sophie Grunge: I only came here to get my TB Test done. It was a clean facility. It was never crowded whenever I came to get it done and examined. The customer service was fine with me. No one was rude or anything that stood out in a positive or negative manner. I would definitely like to see how well they do someday, one day, if I actually need something more than a test. The TB test was $35 then you have to go back again in 48-72 hours to make sure there are no signs of TB. They give you a paperwork printed as proof of verification. Youll need your drivers license.

mamitas life: If I could give this hospital a zero i would. This hospital is horrible. My mother was transferred there from another hospital because they had no beds. She was brought in to the 1st hospital by an ambulance. Her blood sugar was 328 and her stomach and legs and ankles and feet were super swollen and she couldnt walk and couldnt hold food down. At the 1st hospital they said she has decompensated cirrhosis with ascit and her blood levels were low and they gave her 2 blood transfusions . When she gets to this hospital they treat her for stomach pain and that is it and give her 1 blood transfusion but they cant find where the blood is going because her blood count never goes up . This hospital never treated her for her liver never addressed that issue. The attending was Abid Faroog he is not a good doctor and the hospital is dirty and nasty . Never take anyone you care about to this hospital. The pictures online must be old because it doesnt look anything like that.

The nurse took me back and the doctor was at the door quickly. They listened to me closely , assessed my condition and offered me a an immediate plan. I’m very grateful for efficient, prompt and positive care. Felt better within 24 hours. I recommend this clinic 100% and more!
