Emergency Room at HCA Houston Mainland - Texas City Gena Joiner: Gave this a 2 star because the nurse that handled us from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic otherwise is would be negative all the way around!
Took my mother here for an organ LITERALLY falling out of her body!!!!! They took her vitals and a CT scan but never examined her. Never had a doctor visit. Never even got an ER room. We waiting hours and was only told to follow-up with a specialist for surgery. I am so disgusted the the care or lack there up provided.
This is a "bandaid" ER only. Do not take your loves ones here if it really is an emergency.
Primary Care Pavilion - galveston - Galveston Kylee: The attendants at the lab in 102 at 5:00 Jan 5 Kimberly R Gray & someone else were incredibly nice please pay them more. I didnt get the name of the other one i am so sorry but she was so gentle and nice but effective when administering my Covid test. As a young adult just learning about everything I need to do, I appreciated them a lot. Exceptional service had all the information I needed.
Village Medical - Beeler-Manske Clinic - Texas City Sandra Mueller: Dr piazza is the best doctor I’ve seen since 2025 when I was in hospital. He takes the time to answer ALL my questions and shares results with me. He also has a fantastic sense of humor. I understand the practice is getting another doc in May. He is much needed and very welcome.
UTMB Health Internal Medicine, PCP Galveston - Galveston Michael Williams: We made the appointment thru Galveston to go to League City. Dr Winsett wasn’t available as he only goes to League City once a week.
Asked to be scheduled with any doctor in the UTMB facility in League City
Wife took off the day and we drove from Tomball.
No doctor was scheduled, however we were scheduled to see a Nurse Practitioner.
Thanks but no thanks. We left and will no longer be using UTMB.
Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital - Houston Andrea Sands: I had all 3 of my children here. I just had my last baby 2 weeks ago. I went in for a scheduled induction and we entered on the ER side. There was a man there that was immediately helpful, he was super nice and walked us up to L&D. During my labor my nurse was named Terrie and she has amazing bedside manner, she is the BEST nurse i’ve ever had! DR Marcantel was also great. All of the staff were so helpful and fast with everything! Everyone made my L&D an absolute wonderful experience especially nurse Terrie! Houston methodist is also great at checking in on you after your care there.
West Isle Urgent Care - Galveston Sophie Grunge: I only came here to get my TB Test done. It was a clean facility. It was never crowded whenever I came to get it done and examined. The customer service was fine with me. No one was rude or anything that stood out in a positive or negative manner. I would definitely like to see how well they do someday, one day, if I actually need something more than a test. The TB test was $35 then you have to go back again in 48-72 hours to make sure there are no signs of TB. They give you a paperwork printed as proof of verification. Youll need your drivers license.
UTMB Health Regional Women’s Services & Pediatrics, Texas City - Texas City Alana Torres: Not sure if its the new location or what, but this was my first time at the new location and I had an appointment for 10:15 , came in early, and still hadn’t been seen by 10:50 so I had to reschedule. Whats the point of an appointment if you’re gonna have to wait 35+ minutes to be even be called back
