Sophie Grunge: I only came here to get my TB Test done. It was a clean facility. It was never crowded whenever I came to get it done and examined. The customer service was fine with me. No one was rude or anything that stood out in a positive or negative manner. I would definitely like to see how well they do someday, one day, if I actually need something more than a test. The TB test was $35 then you have to go back again in 48-72 hours to make sure there are no signs of TB. They give you a paperwork printed as proof of verification. Youll need your drivers license.
Alana Torres: Not sure if its the new location or what, but this was my first time at the new location and I had an appointment for 10:15 , came in early, and still hadn’t been seen by 10:50 so I had to reschedule. Whats the point of an appointment if you’re gonna have to wait 35+ minutes to be even be called back
Stephen Humphrey: Great people! I was in so much pain. They got me into to jack Williamson on Wednesday. he fit.me into surgery the following Tuesday. And couldnt have been happier. Him and his staff were so friendly, caring professional. They were very informative and left no stones unturned. Thank you!
mamitas life: If I could give this hospital a zero i would. This hospital is horrible. My mother was transferred there from another hospital because they had no beds. She was brought in to the 1st hospital by an ambulance. Her blood sugar was 328 and her stomach
and legs and ankles and feet were super swollen and she couldnt walk and couldnt hold food down. At the 1st hospital they said she has decompensated cirrhosis with ascit and her blood levels were low and they gave her 2 blood transfusions . When she gets to this hospital they treat her for stomach pain and that is it and give her 1 blood transfusion but they cant find where the blood is going because her blood count never goes up . This hospital never treated her for her liver never addressed that issue. The attending was Abid Faroog he is not a good doctor and the hospital is dirty and nasty . Never take anyone you care about to this hospital. The pictures online must be old because it doesnt look anything like that.
Lisa Carman: I walked into the affinity clinic being a tourist in Galveston. Was ill with a sinus infection and far from home. I was greeted warmly and promptly by the front desk. The nurse took me back and the doctor was at the door quickly. They listened to me closely , assessed my condition and offered me a an immediate plan.
I’m very grateful for efficient, prompt and positive care. Felt better within 24 hours.
I recommend this clinic 100% and more!
Mery Hyde Sevilla: I had a great experience at this clinic! The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. Dr. Cesar Zapata was very knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns. Debra at the front desk was also amazing—she was kind, patient, and helped solve my issues with insurance and medication. They went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. I highly recommend this clinic!
Roslyn White: They never answer the phone lie and tell you they going to call you back and never never do. Never refill your medicine on time. Everyone I have dealt with lie. Im never stepping another foot in that place. I know things are free and Im very grateful. But also if we dont come there where would yall be.
Alicia Gusman: My mom has been in and out of the hospital since, January and I will not take her to any other one. Patients has been very good to her and the staff is so compassionate and understanding. From the cafeteria staff to the Physical Therapy staff. I really appreciate them all.
