5 /5 Sam Cowan: 10 out of 10 experience! I’ve seen some mixed reviews on here, so I wanted to post about my experience for a medical appointment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was very nice. I felt like my concerns were listened to, and proper next steps were taken. I left feeling some relief. My only small complaint is how long I have to wait for a dental appointment. That was the original reason I signed up at the clinic due to tooth pain. I wish it was easier to get in sooner but I understand a lot of people are trying to get scheduled.

1 /5 Jacky Chacon: In my opinion this is the worse clinic experience! The prices are pretty much urgent care pricing but the service is bad. Misdiagnosed, treatment is based on guessing and appointments are given within 3 weeks or more from when you actually need them. Always a long wait trying to reach them over the phone.

5 /5 DeNise Patterson: Surprisingly Very Impressed. First impression upon walking in in a very clean and well organized registration process. Did not wait long. Had a great and thorough visit with NP provider. Felt at ease, heard and appropriate plan made though I have a complicated health past and present. Thanks again for your services.

1 /5 AneeshaNice: Never thought I would experience insurance-based discrimination. On what basis should anyone be denied access to healthcare, because of the type of insurance they have? Especially at a low income healthcare facility. I even offered to pay out of pocket to see a provider for a medical issue. But was still denied services, and was told by patient services to, “call my insurance company to find a doctor”. I’m leaving names out because I don’t think that’s necessary, but I do think it’s necessary to shine light on healthcare In America. In the rare cases in which doctors are publicly available, they are usually of little value to patients, because of Money, or the type of insurance you have. Utterly ridiculous!
