5 /5 Andrea Sands: I had all 3 of my children here. I just had my last baby 2 weeks ago. I went in for a scheduled induction and we entered on the ER side. There was a man there that was immediately helpful, he was super nice and walked us up to L&D. During my labor my nurse was named Terrie and she has amazing bedside manner, she is the BEST nurse i’ve ever had! DR Marcantel was also great. All of the staff were so helpful and fast with everything! Everyone made my L&D an absolute wonderful experience especially nurse Terrie! Houston methodist is also great at checking in on you after your care there.

2 /5 Kat M.: I came here not feeling very well & in a short period of time I lost a lot of weight. I don’t have any insurance so the visit is not only costing me $1000 but also I was told nothing was wrong which wasn’t true. while not feeling well I fell at home and fractured my toe, they told me they could not help me with my toe because I came in for illness, that’s very odd. They sent me home with medication I did not need because “nothing was wrong” and none the less still left the hospital with my fractured toe.. the two stars is because they are very kind but kindness doesn’t heal my problems.

5 /5 Sarah M and KatieDM2011: Visit 3-6-2024: I took my daughter to the ER at Houston Methodist Hospital - Clear Lake because she hurt her ankle in Athletics. We found out she had a level 2 sprain. The emergency entrance was easy to navigate with a walker and crutches. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The front waiting room is a little small but was not crowded when we went around 6 p.m., and was clean. We were seen quickly(about 10 mins.) and the triage was fast(about 5-10 mins.). We were moved to a smaller, secondary wait room(photo attached). There were a few rows of chairs, 2 wall-mounted TVs for patients to use, and medical equipment. The nurses and doctors meet with you in this room. The staff were understanding and patiently answered questions. This hospital has a text message system that alerts you to whats going on with the patient at each step of the treatment. I was really impressed with this feature! My daughter had x-rays: the room was clean and the technician was efficient. The doctor notified us of the results and sent us home. In the past, I have personally used this ER and highly recommend it to everyone.

2 /5 Judy Garcia-Silva: It’s an okay hospital. Some nurses are so nice and respectful. Sammy was the nurse we did not like. She has an ugly attitude and shows it all over her face. She treated my brother bad. And he remembers everything about her. And some nurses looked very young and didn’t seem to know much. They gave my brother a pill that I specifically told Brice not to give him. This alone makes me upset. I can only imagine how they treat the elderly patients. I will never see this hospital again. Smh

5 /5 Diane Sauceda: I went to this facility because my kidney doctor sent me there. I was going in because I was really sick. The doctor told me if I would have waited I would have died. The entire staff was amazing. The care I received for the 11 days was exceptional. Best hospital Ive ever been too. If I ever need emergency services again I would definitely go to Methodist again. I have been to many other hospitals in the area. The care was horrible. I was dreading it. But clearlake Methodist was excellent!
