1 /5 Maddie B: Just go elsewhere. This place only cares about money and does NOT have the ability to properly read insurance. I refuse to allow a company to owe me money. My insurance said I am responsible for 20% not whatever complete contracted rate they offer. Went to another urgent care and was seem plus properly charged after wasting my time driving here and waiting for the lady at the front desk to figure out how to work the computer. Go where they are knowledgeable, trained and know how to work their systems. Then for them to gossip about my situation in front of me which I found actually violated my rights to privacy. Notice all of their good reviews were months ago. As of lately these people are atrocious.

5 /5 Lakshmi: Best urgent care out there. I did a walk in and didnt have to wait The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was well kept and clean. Im so glad I choose this urgent care. I highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Holly Lynn: Staff is very friendly, empathetic and professional. Love how the facility is small, well kept and welcoming. I have been twice to this location and the Lewisville one and highly recommend. For $205 they take care of anything you may need for the moment which for me was getting a cast and x-ray for my fractured ankle.

1 /5 Cynthia Greene: Please do NOT waste your time coming here with your sick children. It took the lady at the front desk to attempt to fix something in the computer. Then she states she has the run the insurance again when somebody else had already contacted me by phone and ran it. She comes up with me paying $198 per person when the insurance uses co pays. I really could have taken my sick children to a different urgent care where they could have actually be seen today instead of standing in a lobby for 15 minutes while she played with a computer to attempt to fix something. Never again will I come here.

5 /5 Andalusia Hinojos: Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It was quick and efficient. They took my insurance and the copay was reasonable. The facility was clean and nice.

Jake Friemel: This place is one of the worst run ER/Urgent care facilities that my family has gone to. The only staff that was friendly was the nurses but the doctors were absolutely awful. We were getting transferred to another hospital and it took 3 hours for this process to be completed when the doctors stated at the very beginning that he would not be able to treat her. I went out and asked for the discharge papers and Dr. Patel decided to get smart with me and talk to me in a condescending tone. This is a doctor who has little patience and is willing to talk down to his patients. If I could give this LegacyER 0 stars I would.

Dr. Chappell was very nice, easy to talk to and asked and listened to me with knowledge and compassion. He was able to diagnose and prescribe a remedy very competently and even provide a sample of my initial prescription. I would highly recommend this practice. FIVE STAR

Dana Buckett: I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support.

Sanjay Ambekar: We recently switched our family Physician to Dr. Reddy and have been very pleased. Her office is very professional and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have seen both the Doctor and her RN, and they are both great. Getting same day appointments has not been an issue and wait time to see the Doc/RN has been minimal. Overall if you are looking for a great Doctor who you can actually see in a timely manner when you need to and are frustrated with the "larger" practices that dont treat you with respect, give Allen Family First Clinic a try - you will not be disappointed.

Scott Lovelady: Just check out this providers comments. Please read between the lines. Good luck. Im going to look for better service else where. First visit was to establish care. My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.
