1 /5 Dana Buckett: I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support.

1 /5 Ice Box: Waste of time. I will never go back. Waited 45 minutes for basic blood work that took all of 2 minutes. Went back a week later to discuss results and get a physical. Waited 30 mins and got zero answers. Very basic generic not personal attention at all. Not one answer to any concerns. After raising 5 different questions/concerns and getting NOTHING but B/S textbook responses so she could get the appt over with, the doctor dismissed herself. I honestly don’t think she knows what she’s doing because if there are red flags on blood work, and the patient is expressing concerns as well, you as a doctor would try to see why. She didn’t even look at the results and when I pointed them out, she was very dismissive. They make you wait for nothing and then charge your insurance company an outrageous premium for a waste of an appt. Front desk never answers the phones, looks miserable, is not friendly at all and there are plenty of other PCPs in the area. There is nothing of value at this office.

2 /5 Shriya: Dr. Vandana Goyal is the sweetest person! Loved her energy and enthusiasm treating me as a new pt, however her medical assistant needs some manners. Firstly she didn’t introduce herself, kept cutting me off as I was addressing a few things, impatient and so SLOW, and for some reason had an attitude at 9am…. As someone also working in the medical field I get that it can get stressful, but to be unnecessarily rude to a new patient and to say things like “yeah well it’s a physical… you should’ve known to fast”. Hello? I’m a new patient and no one told me when I called before my appointment. A few of my family members visit this clinic and had the same experience with the exact same person. Never caught her name, but she had lashes. ALSO, they gave me the wrong discharge papers… breach of patient privacy? Please do better!

1 /5 Mindy Stuart: I have called twice in the last 4 weeks to schedule my annual exam with NO! return phone call from anyone. The message even says "Dont leave multiple messages it will only delay a return call." I left all my information on the answering system but nothing. Very frustrating!!! I love Dr Goyal and have been a patient here many years even when Dr McGrath was in practice here. Very Unprofessional, not impressed and if this is how patients are treated Im finding a new doctor.

1 /5 Viren Chakrawarthi: Being a new patient, you would expect to be treated with care at a new health care providers place, unfortunately the receptionist made me feel most unwelcome as they were extremely rude and made me never want to visit ever again. Please train the staff properly to have just basic courtesy instead of saying things such as “you should’ve known” “ok well that’s not my problem” to the patients. Pathetic
