5 /5 Robin Peggs: I had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.

5 /5 Ethan Tanner: We recently established care for 3 dogs at this vet. So far, it has been a fantastic experience. Dr. Little is the primary vet we have seen. He takes time to explain options and answer questions and truly has the pets best interest in mind. The front desk and techs are also patient and kind to the animals. We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a new option.

Scott Lovelady: Just check out this providers comments. Please read between the lines. Good luck. Im going to look for better service else where. First visit was to establish care. My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.

Dr. John R. Connolly, MD - Allen

Erica Anderson: I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for four years. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He actually listens to his patients and cares. I suffered for years with hypothyroid symptoms until I saw Dr. Connolly. He ran more labs than any other doctor would and he listened to me when I discussed my long list of symptoms…no other doctor took more than 3 minutes with me and dismissed all my symptoms to aging…(I’m 44 years old for reference) BONUS- Dr. Connolly’s staff are very kind, organized and extremely quick in replying!

North Texas Neurology & Neuropathy: Devanshi Gupta, MD - Allen

Izzy Hatzenbuehler: While I’m sure Dr Gupta is a smart doctor, I was not pleased with her bedside manner. I felt that she cut me off frequently and didn’t want to hear me. She was curt, almost rude at times during the consultation. As I was trying to explain symptoms, she would stop me and say things like, “yes I get the point” or “don’t care about that” when what I was trying to tell her was relevant if she would have just let me get there before shutting me down. Dr Gupta seems to lack basic people skills.

ALEXIS RAMIREZ: Dr. Ly is a super star, She is always nice but tell you what you need to know about you health. She is not only taking care of you physical health, but also always as about you mental health during the visits, because is that I feel she takes hey time went you see her. Love Dr. Ly I will recommend he a 100%

Sophia Saxena: Dr Vandana is an excellent physician. She is very thorough and takes time to answer all my questions. I have been going to her for several years and feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. She does not dismiss any concerns or questions. She monitors the health and adjusts medications whenever necessary. I am able to get appointments easily and there is no waiting time. I highly recommend her as a PCP.

Ron Fisher: My family and I scheduled a COVID test early Thursday morning and were able to get in an hour later. The staff is friendly and the facility is nice. We got our results back within an hour, even though they were short staffed and didn’t promise results until after lunchtime. Rapid test? This is the place!

Lisette lemus: This is my first PCP in a while, and they have treated me with respect and professionalism that went above and beyond! I truly felt comfortable coming here as Dr. Kitowski listened to me and understood my problems. The nurse here that took blood sample and flu shot is also amazing, she had me done in just a few minutes and I’ve felt more pain from an ant bite than a needle from here. So happy I chose this practice.

Martha Mendez: Called to get a prescription filled for my 91 year-old mother. The automated system says to call the pharmacy or log into patient portal for refills. The pharmacy said they need a new prescription for the meds before they can be refilled. Logged into the patient portal, and the system said "Unable to login. Please try again at another time." So I called the office and left a message. Thankfully, I am able to be my mothers advocate. How do seniors, some with limited tech skills and no one to advocate for them, navigate this rodeo?

Michele Schwandt: New Braunfels ER and Hospital are the best caring group of people especially Dr. Mark Dresselhouse. I have never met at any ER anywhere that went so out of their way to help me. And connect me with other resources. It really blew my mind to tell you the truth. It was a reminder that there are really good caring people out there. CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels - New Braunfels

Jo Mendoza: Dr. & Nurses were thorough with checkup at ER. Only complaint is that I was told there were no rooms/beds available. Waited in waiting room & hallway next to an open trash can.. waited a little over 5 hrs. But other patients who arrived after me were given a room. No privacy during consultation with Dr or RN. What happened to HIPAA/PHI? Went to restroom & there were several beds empty. I am a paying customer with health insurance & a job. Do not think I will be returning to this ER again. I hope you dont charge me for a room I was never in/used!!
