1 /5 Scott Lovelady: Just check out this providers comments. Please read between the lines. Good luck. Im going to look for better service else where. First visit was to establish care. My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.

2 /5 Carol YSchmidt: Vru is terrible, Listen to ongoing message with no easy way to stop annoying message. Multiple prompts for multiple offices. Never answers, if closed it should say so, otherwise same message plays continuously and wait on hold for hours. What happened to real receptionist, just terrible computer answering. Great Drs when you can see one, terrible phone system,yet only one human phone receptionist, appears after 9am, sad. Drs tend to rely on nurse practicioners often too. Carols sons review.

1 /5 Jeremy Verret: DO NOT RECOMMEND! They really dont care about their patients. After calling the clinic and asking for the soonest appointment amongst all locations possible for an urgent issue, I was scheduled 2 weeks later for Dr. Graham. 1 hour before the appointment they called me and said they had to cancel the appointment because I once saw another Dr. one time within their network a year ago. Dr. Graham doesnt see transfer of care? What does that even mean? They could not tell me why or explain it to me and refused to keep the appointment despite a very urgent issue. Now I am two weeks behind and forced to find another Dr. and another appointment. No effort made to rectify the situation they put me in and no accountability for their failure to inform me at the time of scheduling or their inability to even explain this odd policy to me.
