Their staff really care about you and Dr. Yeh is absolutely amazing. Its so hard to find a doctor that cares anymore. These folks put a lot of heart in what they do and prioritize your health! Urology Clinics of North Texas - Presbyterian Hospital of Allen Office - Allen Scott Lovelady: Just check out this providers comments. Please read between the lines. Good luck. Im going to look for better service else where. First visit was to establish care. My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.
Dr. John R. Connolly, MD - Allen Erica Anderson: I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for four years. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He actually listens to his patients and cares. I suffered for years with hypothyroid symptoms until I saw Dr. Connolly. He ran more labs than any other doctor would and he listened to me when I discussed my long list of symptoms…no other doctor took more than 3 minutes with me and dismissed all my symptoms to aging…(I’m 44 years old for reference) BONUS- Dr. Connolly’s staff are very kind, organized and extremely quick in replying!
Dr. Mindy Ly - Allen ALEXIS RAMIREZ: Dr. Ly is a super star, She is always nice but tell you what you need to know about you health. She is not only taking care of you physical health, but also always as about you mental health during the visits, because is that I feel she takes hey time went you see her. Love Dr. Ly I will recommend he a 100%
Vandana Goyle, MD - Allen Sophia Saxena: Dr Vandana is an excellent physician. She is very thorough and takes time to answer all my questions. I have been going to her for several years and feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. She does not dismiss any concerns or questions. She monitors the health and adjusts medications whenever necessary.
I am able to get appointments easily and there is no waiting time.
I highly recommend her as a PCP.
Total Mens Primary Care - Allen - Allen Ron Fisher: My family and I scheduled a COVID test early Thursday morning and were able to get in an hour later. The staff is friendly and the facility is nice. We got our results back within an hour, even though they were short staffed and didn’t promise results until after lunchtime. Rapid test? This is the place!
Brookwood Family Practice - Allen Lisette lemus: This is my first PCP in a while, and they have treated me with respect and professionalism that went above and beyond! I truly felt comfortable coming here as Dr. Kitowski listened to me and understood my problems. The nurse here that took blood sample and flu shot is also amazing, she had me done in just a few minutes and I’ve felt more pain from an ant bite than a needle from here. So happy I chose this practice.
New Braunfels Cardiology - New Braunfels Martha Mendez: Called to get a prescription filled for my 91 year-old mother. The automated system says to call the pharmacy or log into patient portal for refills. The pharmacy said they need a new prescription for the meds before they can be refilled. Logged into the patient portal, and the system said "Unable to login. Please try again at another time." So I called the office and left a message. Thankfully, I am able to be my mothers advocate. How do seniors, some with limited tech skills and no one to advocate for them, navigate this rodeo?
