2 /5 craig harper: primary doc would not listen. discharged my mom with 2 active infections , one of which (covid) was acquired during her stay. nurses and therapists were fantastic.

4 /5 Jill Johnson: My mom has been in PAM twice, My dad once. The first time it was truly wonderful. Great care and sweet people. What I found this time is there are still wonderful therapists who worked kindly and well with my mom. The night staff were very rough. The food was not good. One very kind charge nurse told us she could order all kinds of things but if she did they would not bring it to her. She had diarrhea and wanted a grilled cheese sandwich and they brought her a dried up hard hamburger patty. The case manager was super kind with me and worked to take care of her but the nursing staff could be sub par. They ended up giving her medications that caused her to return to the hospital because she ended up with c.diff

3 /5 Melanie Stahler: The day staff and Drs are wonderful. There are some night nurses that are downright mean. These patients don’t deserve this kind of treatment. They don’t want to be there anymore than the patients. More than one patient has complained and they were reported to a supervisor but I don’t have high hopes of anything being done. Also on Sundays, the aides tend to call in leaving the nurses to do everything. Not right!

1 /5 Jaimie Helmbright: Before admission, my MIL was to be admitted and we were not made aware, we are asking about payments and insurance and was told it was all covered, however my MIL was told she would have to pay for 12 days?! I had to track down who to contact and when she was being admitted because no one called us. However, since my MIL was admitted we have not been contacted by anyone regarding DC planning. When I called and spoke to the case manager he was rude and too busy eating I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He then told me the facility does not contact families if the patient is alert and oriented. Which she is NOT! When I asked how she was doing in therapy his response was “good.” Surprised to hear because 3 days before she was unable to walk. We live in Pennsylvania and was not able to be there therefore we depended on communication but never received it. We have PAM facilities in PA and they are phenomenal but this particular facility is lacking in professionalism and communication.

5 /5 Betty Esposito: This facility is truly top notch. From the Pt,OT, Staff to the people coming to transport you from your room to therapy they go above board in helping you and encouraging you. I had a very invasive spinal surgery, they were encouraging me from the beginning and now I can get up without help. I’m able to walk, dress myself, and take care of my hygiene. I’m 72 yrs old and I was able accomplish this with hard work. The nursing staff is incredible, if you ring for help they respond quickly, this includes CNA and aides. Every doctor assigned to me were again always took their time to ask you how your doing and if there was a problem they handled things and kept on top of things. Honestly this was the best decision I made after my surgery to come here for rehabilitation.
