5 /5 Lisa Carter: The team took great care of me last night. Everyone was super nice, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the physician. There was no wait; I was taken to the back almost immediately and treated quickly. I made the right decision going to Houston Methodist ER.

3 /5 Gail: This is not a tiplical ER it is more like Urgent care staffed with Dr. You do not get a bed you sit in the waiting area. They dont like letting people in the back with you when you speak with the Dr. I will not being going to any "ER" that not attched to a Hospital Charge you the same but you dont receive The same service.

5 /5 R M: Ive been here twice within one week. Both times, each of the front desk ladies were genuinely kind, caring, and helpful. Both times all the nurses were also quick to tend to my adult children and get them the critical/urgent care they needed.

1 /5 Bingquan Wang: This ER center used to be good, and my last visit with Dr. Goranson was good also. However, my visit with different doctor and nurse today is horrible and became a joke. That nurse and doctor are messed and have no any idea to treat my symptom, but kept me to do blood work and CT scan. Then I didn’t get any treatment and just wasted time and money there. At last, I got two words from the doctor and nurse about how to treat my symptoms: “Don’t know”. A joke! Also the security guy treated the patients very bad and rude. My this review gave it one star, and actually I hope zero or negative star to give.

1 /5 Teodolindo Junior Martinez Gonzalez: I went today 06.20 with my son, everything was great except the front desk service very rude and unprofessional, from the first time he told us that it will be a lot of waiting time but at actually it was 15min wait, and he refused to provide us an estimate of the total cost, which is our right.

Bobbie Freitag: I highly recommend Physician’s Hospital for medical procedures. In previous years surgeries for myself and family members at Physician’s have all been very smooth and staff very patient oriented. This time I needed a heart catherization. Each person in the initial process with whom I had contact was friendly and directed. When there was a glitch regarding the transfer of medical records several staff members, especially Jamie, worked to prevent my procedure from being delayed. The OR staff involved both before and after my procedure were very amiable, reassuring and directed. Charla, my RN was exceptionally kind as read the last set of consent papers for me ( I didn’t have my glasses). I strongly recommend Physician’s Hospital.

To the other reviewer that gave negative comments, he or she should know that they dont do laser hair removal here, they bashed the wrong place, this is a medical doctor, not cosmetic .

Roxanne Bene: Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. If I would have been told before hand we would have brought the actual copies . After that was discussed I brought to their attention there are NO SIGNS that state they need actual copies on their building . They don’t record their calls so they have No Proof they told you over the phone that you needed to bring these documents in hand so it’s basically your word against theirs. So I asked how long I had before I lost my appointment to run to the store to get these documents printed and Rosa said 15 min while the other lady that sat besides her corrected her and said 30 min. So I asked to speak to a manger Cathy or Barbra was her name, I told her my concerns about how they need to have signs up stating they will not accept emails of shot records. I asked her why we wouldn’t be able to email records and her response was “ because we can’t hold your phone it would cost us money if we were to drop or damage your phone worth $800”. I told her she doesn’t need to touch my phone to get an email sent to her work email address and she just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. So that was useless. I got Human Resources phone number and will be making a complaint. These women need more training before being set forth front in any company they choose to work with. If this was my company they would not be sitting as the Face or the First person I see. When people walk in.

Ngoc Le: Staffs (nurses) and front-desk are very helpful and pleasant to speak or ask questions. Very nice customer services. the doctors explained very well on each topics. He takes good care of my children when any issues arise. The facility is a plus for parking and the waiting area is clean. Overall, Im very satisfy with services, location, facility.

OurlifeasAlvarez s: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.

Kaylin Reis: Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.
