Ngoc Le: Staffs (nurses) and front-desk are very helpful and pleasant to speak or ask questions. Very nice customer services. the doctors explained very well on each topics. He takes good care of my children when any issues arise. The facility is a plus for parking and the waiting area is clean.
Overall, Im very satisfy with services, location, facility.
Angie Tangy: I just had my baby there and my experience was so great. My labor and delivery nurse, Ashley, was absolutely Phenomenal! I felt so cared for, she exceeded expectations with her professionalism and dedication to making sure I was doing good. Doctor Davis was amazing as well. The whole team throughout my stay there was outstanding!
OurlifeasAlvarez s: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.
Kaylin Reis: Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.
Kathy Wilson: The Dr was very good. His staff not so much on several occasions I called with different issues to be told someone would call back. They never did. During the storm we just had I called to make sure I had to go for the ultrasound to be told yes. The office was closed had to be inspected after the storm… Received a message saying the office staff had left several text and vm I never received one. But, once you mention cancelling appointments you start getting calls. Too late by then.
COLSON COLSON: Definitely one of the best clinics I e been to in Houston. The staff are friendly and attentive, office is clean and even has a SECURED play area. I definitely recommend this office 10 out of 10 to meet your dental needs. Doesn’t get any better than this!!
Rodolfo Flores: Just had a Teladoc with Dr. Vi Nyugen. Worst experience ever. She didnt listen to a word I said. Horrible doctor! These kids nowadays have no bedside manner.
Earl Williams: Dr. Banglawala is an excellent physician. She genuinely cares about here patients.
Also, the entire office staff is courteous, friendly, and professional.
This is a top notch operation.
