1 /5 OurlifeasAlvarez s: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.

1 /5 Eddie V: I came in at 9pm rushing because they close at 10. “ Shun” a front desk clerk asked me what my sons symptoms were just to ultimately tell me my son cannot be seen because they are done seeing patients the waiting room was empty and there were barely any cars in the parking lot. i was stunned and i could not find on the door or on the website that they stop seeing patients after 9. it came off as they just wanted to be able to leave before 10. I could not understand why she would ask what my son’s symptoms were if she knew he could not be seen. A family arrived as I was leaving and was also turned away by Shun. They stood there confused like me and we agreed this was wrong and we traveled quickly and far just to be turned away with our sick children. If this is a policy it should be made known before parents waste their time. I will be filing multiple complaints regarding this matter and if you have had the same experience I encourage you to file complaints as well .The only way to make change is to come together and make our grievances known! It would have been fine if it was a policy patients knew about. The staff simply wanted to leave sooner and stopped service early. They keep suggesting we speak to the manager April… we need to go beyond the manager that is not changing anything but will most likely agree with her staff. There is a reason why when you call the complaint number it goes right back to April D….

2 /5 Zeeaa Quadri: My wife visited this location recently when our daughter was sick. The service was attentive and staff was professional and courteous. However, the lack of a 5-star review is due to their insurance billing practices. My wife was charged $175 for the visit, which was odd since I thought our insurance had some level of coverage for urgent care centers. As this was a new insurance plan, I brushed it off as a misunderstanding of coverage on my part. I just received out EOB from our insurance carrier outlining that the visit should have cost $34 out of pocket and that they were indeed covered by our insurance. If we receive a refund for this error, I will update this review accordingly.

5 /5 dayna f: new to texas got recommended on fb. drove 25 minutes as a walk in. registered. waited about 7 minutes and we were put into a room. nurse carrie was very helpful, pleasant and understanding. doctor came in very quickly listened to my daughters lungs (which was my concern) checked all other reasons for fever. follow up with PCP no compliants. very kid friendly environment as well.

1 /5 Crystal Cisneros: Went in today because my child has been with a bad cough and high fever’s up to 104.6. He complained about a sore throat as well. Doctor went in check his nose and ears and throat with a light only checked his temperature they gave him Motrin because he had a fever and all I was told was that his body has to fight whatever he has on its own no medication prescribed nothing was done not even a swab on his throat for strep or Covid or even the flu. I was very disappointed I had to drive 25 minutes just to be sent home in less than 15 minutes without a diagnosis never again will I go here don’t waste your time parents children are better off going to other urgent cares I’ve had better service than I did today!! Very disappointed looks like I’ll have to go to theER as he has had a fever all day but hey they were not concerned at all!!
