5 /5 Jose Cruz: I like the fact that when I have an appointment, I dont have to wait long, usually no more than five minutes. Diagnosis has always been right on. I have made this my family doctor. To the other reviewer that gave negative comments, he or she should know that they dont do laser hair removal here, they bashed the wrong place, this is a medical doctor, not cosmetic .

5 /5 Carol Lanier: Absolutely top notch staff, location, services. The staff members were all so friendly and efficient. We were there for our first Covid vaccine and not expecting much, due to all the bad hype on tv, but this site needs to be featured as ‘the best’! Looking forward to seeing them again for our #2 vaccine and I will be bringing a huge ‘thank you’ basket of goodies for all these awesome people.

1 /5 Tanya Olalde: They get no stars ! I called to inquire information about the clinic Luisa the new employee there who claims she is somebody there is very rude !!! Gross attitude Unprofessional unpleasant and just a rude ignorant person ! I didn’t even get past the stage of booking an appointment that’s how aweful the customer service is here not a welcoming place at all very unpleasant people turn around don’t come here they claim it’s a Family clinic never in my life have I dealt with any Fanily clinic so unprofessional as this one I have two children and will be going elsewhere I advice the same !!!

OurlifeasAlvarez s: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.

Kaylin Reis: Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.

Kathy Wilson: The Dr was very good. His staff not so much on several occasions I called with different issues to be told someone would call back. They never did. During the storm we just had I called to make sure I had to go for the ultrasound to be told yes. The office was closed had to be inspected after the storm… Received a message saying the office staff had left several text and vm I never received one. But, once you mention cancelling appointments you start getting calls. Too late by then.
