1 /5 Roxanne Bene: Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. If I would have been told before hand we would have brought the actual copies . After that was discussed I brought to their attention there are NO SIGNS that state they need actual copies on their building . They don’t record their calls so they have No Proof they told you over the phone that you needed to bring these documents in hand so it’s basically your word against theirs. So I asked how long I had before I lost my appointment to run to the store to get these documents printed and Rosa said 15 min while the other lady that sat besides her corrected her and said 30 min. So I asked to speak to a manger Cathy or Barbra was her name, I told her my concerns about how they need to have signs up stating they will not accept emails of shot records. I asked her why we wouldn’t be able to email records and her response was “ because we can’t hold your phone it would cost us money if we were to drop or damage your phone worth $800”. I told her she doesn’t need to touch my phone to get an email sent to her work email address and she just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. So that was useless. I got Human Resources phone number and will be making a complaint. These women need more training before being set forth front in any company they choose to work with. If this was my company they would not be sitting as the Face or the First person I see. When people walk in.
