Roxanne Bene: Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. If I would have been told before hand we would have brought the actual copies . After that was discussed I brought to their attention there are NO SIGNS that state they need actual copies on their building . They don’t record their calls so they have No Proof they told you over the phone that you needed to bring these documents in hand so it’s basically your word against theirs. So I asked how long I had before I lost my appointment to run to the store to get these documents printed and Rosa said 15 min while the other lady that sat besides her corrected her and said 30 min. So I asked to speak to a manger Cathy or Barbra was her name, I told her my concerns about how they need to have signs up stating they will not accept emails of shot records. I asked her why we wouldn’t be able to email records and her response was “ because we can’t hold your phone it would cost us money if we were to drop or damage your phone worth $800”. I told her she doesn’t need to touch my phone to get an email sent to her work email address and she just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. So that was useless. I got Human Resources phone number and will be making a complaint. These women need more training before being set forth front in any company they choose to work with. If this was my company they would not be sitting as the Face or the First person I see. When people walk in.

He takes good care of my children when any issues arise. The facility is a plus for parking and the waiting area is clean. Overall, Im very satisfy with services, location, facility.

OurlifeasAlvarez s: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.

Kaylin Reis: Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.

Kathy Wilson: The Dr was very good. His staff not so much on several occasions I called with different issues to be told someone would call back. They never did. During the storm we just had I called to make sure I had to go for the ultrasound to be told yes. The office was closed had to be inspected after the storm… Received a message saying the office staff had left several text and vm I never received one. But, once you mention cancelling appointments you start getting calls. Too late by then.
