1 /5 Dana Lewis: I recently had to go to the ER in Pearland for the Flu. I was terribly ill. The RNs that took care of me were excellent but I never ever saw a doctor, a PA, a NP no one other than the RN. No doctor or mid level provider entered into my room to assess me. But rest to sure I got that bill like they did. Never again!!!

Kaylin Reis: Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.

Kathy Wilson: The Dr was very good. His staff not so much on several occasions I called with different issues to be told someone would call back. They never did. During the storm we just had I called to make sure I had to go for the ultrasound to be told yes. The office was closed had to be inspected after the storm… Received a message saying the office staff had left several text and vm I never received one. But, once you mention cancelling appointments you start getting calls. Too late by then.

Amanda Heidemann: I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for over five years and have nothing but great things to say about him. He is friendly and personable. Any time I have questions for him I log into the portal, send him a message directly, and he replies in a timely manner. Wendy, his office manager, has also done a great job handling billing inquiries as well as pharmacy prior authorizations, even when the insurance company required extra information. If you need a rheumatologist I highly recommend you see Dr. Ramirez.
