5 /5 Cecilia Garcia: My first time visiting any HCA facility and it was by far the best ER I’ve ever been to. The Nurses, NP’s and Radiology department sense of urgency was incredible. The TEAMWORK was wonderful to see. I hope to not have to come to an ER again, but I would highly recommend this particular one.

5 /5 Ron Roberson: I want to give credit where credit is due. The great service I received the first time brought me back yesterday. I had a paper with all the names of the staff and I misplaced it due to the trauma I was experiencing.The lady at the desk whenever you come through the doors is always nice, and patient. I remembered Richard the guy had an amazing attitude, was very attentive,very professional. My nurse Melissa how could you forget her. She is an amazing nurse. Very knowledgeable, her attitude is caring. She let me vent and gave me the solution to what to do to recover from the flu. Thanks Melissa you are a great worker. The entire staff on that shift that I came in contact with had good, positive energy. If you need emergency assistance, stop through and get treated by a professional and reliable staff. Keep up the good work.

1 /5 Sabrina Wicks: This place is trash. I came in because I couldnt breath I was throwing up bent over in pain and unable to function. They tested me for covid flu and strep. Once they came back negative they told me I was fine. You can clearly see I was not fine I couldnt breath Dr Syed barely put the stethoscope on me in fear that he would touch me. He lied and said I had no weezy wouldnt do any blood work or even a iv when I was throwing up. Which would mean I was dehydrated. I came to the Dr office today and as soon as she saw me she said you weezing bad and gave me a breathing treatment and anti nausea meds after she witness me throwing up yet again. If you need a ER dont go here especially if Dr. SYED is there he just collecting a check dont even want to see patients. He didnt even want people in the back when those rooms were empty he come to waiting area and quickly discharge people so he can get back to sleeping.

Diana Smith: Dr. Nguyen and her team are excellent! Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor for over 7 years and she is always very thorough and takes time to explain things to you. I love that she is very responsive with messages and helpful. It’s easy to get a routine appointment or a needed urgent visit. Most recently, I ran into issues with getting my medication due to the 2025 changes with my insurance. Dr. Nguyen’s medical assistant, Jenny was great! She looked into my issue and helped me resolve it. She took the time to call the pharmacy and walk me through options. She was very responsive and so helpful. Jenny told me what I needed to do, then once I sent the information to the portal, Amanda took over and helped with the process. They both were so timely with helping me!

Bobbie Freitag: I highly recommend Physician’s Hospital for medical procedures. In previous years surgeries for myself and family members at Physician’s have all been very smooth and staff very patient oriented. This time I needed a heart catherization. Each person in the initial process with whom I had contact was friendly and directed. When there was a glitch regarding the transfer of medical records several staff members, especially Jamie, worked to prevent my procedure from being delayed. The OR staff involved both before and after my procedure were very amiable, reassuring and directed. Charla, my RN was exceptionally kind as read the last set of consent papers for me ( I didn’t have my glasses). I strongly recommend Physician’s Hospital.

To the other reviewer that gave negative comments, he or she should know that they dont do laser hair removal here, they bashed the wrong place, this is a medical doctor, not cosmetic .

Roxanne Bene: Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. If I would have been told before hand we would have brought the actual copies . After that was discussed I brought to their attention there are NO SIGNS that state they need actual copies on their building . They don’t record their calls so they have No Proof they told you over the phone that you needed to bring these documents in hand so it’s basically your word against theirs. So I asked how long I had before I lost my appointment to run to the store to get these documents printed and Rosa said 15 min while the other lady that sat besides her corrected her and said 30 min. So I asked to speak to a manger Cathy or Barbra was her name, I told her my concerns about how they need to have signs up stating they will not accept emails of shot records. I asked her why we wouldn’t be able to email records and her response was “ because we can’t hold your phone it would cost us money if we were to drop or damage your phone worth $800”. I told her she doesn’t need to touch my phone to get an email sent to her work email address and she just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. So that was useless. I got Human Resources phone number and will be making a complaint. These women need more training before being set forth front in any company they choose to work with. If this was my company they would not be sitting as the Face or the First person I see. When people walk in.

He takes good care of my children when any issues arise. The facility is a plus for parking and the waiting area is clean. Overall, Im very satisfy with services, location, facility.
