5 /5 Diana Smith: Dr. Nguyen and her team are excellent! Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor for over 7 years and she is always very thorough and takes time to explain things to you. I love that she is very responsive with messages and helpful. It’s easy to get a routine appointment or a needed urgent visit. Most recently, I ran into issues with getting my medication due to the 2025 changes with my insurance. Dr. Nguyen’s medical assistant, Jenny was great! She looked into my issue and helped me resolve it. She took the time to call the pharmacy and walk me through options. She was very responsive and so helpful. Jenny told me what I needed to do, then once I sent the information to the portal, Amanda took over and helped with the process. They both were so timely with helping me!

5 /5 Alejandro Williams: I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called with no trouble - the receptionists were friendly and efficient, and the whole process was as easy as I could expect. Dr. Park was wonderful - I had only come in for a lingering cold, but he checked everything he needed to and prescribed me some more effective medication to ensure I’d be fine within a few days. He was professional, friendly, and I’m very happy with the service I received. Thank you to the team working here!

5 /5 Nina V.: Although I had flu symptoms, I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Park. He is very friendly, smart, thorough, and he listened & answered all of my questions. He’s also polite. I appreciated his detailed after- visit- summary with the information we discussed because I wouldn’t have remembered most of it. His MA Kindalynn is also friendly and easy to talk to.

1 /5 Mary Taberner: I had an appointment and showed up early and was asked by the receptionist rudely and with hostility, "why arent you getting your annual checkup?" It wasnt any of her business why I was there but that I was there to see a doctor. I know they make more money with the annual checkups but that isn’t my concern. My concern was the unecessary rude attitude given to me.

1 /5 Layle Ellis: Well, it finally happened to me. The poor customer service hit me. Labs were supposed to be sent. And weren’t. Then I was 5 minutes outside of the scheduled appointment time window and was told I needed to reschedule. So I will. But with a different doctor at a whole different group. I really like my doctor. But as long as she works from this office with this same front office staff, it’s a no for me. Please send me a survey Memorial Hermann. I’m letting these ladies have it! Let’s do better.
