Jake Friemel: This place is one of the worst run ER/Urgent care facilities that my family has gone to. The only staff that was friendly was the nurses but the doctors were absolutely awful. We were getting transferred to another hospital and it took 3 hours for this process to be completed when the doctors stated at the very beginning that he would not be able to treat her. I went out and asked for the discharge papers and Dr. Patel decided to get smart with me and talk to me in a condescending tone. This is a doctor who has little patience and is willing to talk down to his patients. If I could give this LegacyER 0 stars I would.
Dana Buckett: I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support.
Anna McCulloch: We had such a great experience taking my bunny to get neutered here! Everyone was so helpful and caring. I love that I received a call after the neuter for an update on how he was doing! Thank y’all again
craig harper: primary doc would not listen. discharged my mom with 2 active infections , one of which (covid) was acquired during her stay. nurses and therapists were fantastic.
Louis L: Whoa man! This place is top notch professional. Their staff really care about you and Dr. Yeh is absolutely amazing. Its so hard to find a doctor that cares anymore. These folks put a lot of heart in what they do and prioritize your health! Highly recommended!
