They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support.
Animal Hospital of Collin County - Allen Anna McCulloch: We had such a great experience taking my bunny to get neutered here! Everyone was so helpful and caring. I love that I received a call after the neuter for an update on how he was doing! Thank y’all again

Its so hard to find a doctor that cares anymore. These folks put a lot of heart in what they do and prioritize your health! Highly recommended!
Urology Clinics of North Texas - Presbyterian Hospital of Allen Office - Allen Scott Lovelady: Just check out this providers comments. Please read between the lines. Good luck. Im going to look for better service else where. First visit was to establish care. My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.
Dr. John R. Connolly, MD - Allen Erica Anderson: I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for four years. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He actually listens to his patients and cares. I suffered for years with hypothyroid symptoms until I saw Dr. Connolly. He ran more labs than any other doctor would and he listened to me when I discussed my long list of symptoms…no other doctor took more than 3 minutes with me and dismissed all my symptoms to aging…(I’m 44 years old for reference) BONUS- Dr. Connolly’s staff are very kind, organized and extremely quick in replying!
